You can see pretty clearly where the rear tire hit the curb in one of those shots... You can see where the tree took out my door... And you can see the big ass embankment I rolled down :lol:

how does a short shifter work? i always thought it was to do with how long it was before u let the clutch out.

or are you talking about an auto?

A short shifter refers to the shifter knob on a manual transmission. The shorter the knob the shorter distance your hand has to move to switch gears. Less distance equals less time. Only problem with a short shifter is that sometimes it can be harder to get the car into gear (less distance also equals less leverage).

But it doesnt snow or even ice in Wilmington... There has only been one day of ice all winter, and it is 75degrees out right now, and has been for the past two weeks :rolleyes: Some winter, huh?

But as for the drag radials, Im going to start going to the tracks consistanly after I get the CV Boots fixed, and new tires on, so why not get some better grip. Plus the civic will look badass with one inch of more rubber on the front :D

Anyway, due to a rather festive New Years eve celebration, I've been very busy trying to piece together where I was and what I did, getting various people I know out of jail and avoiding jail time myself. The next month or so is going to be occupied by things more pressing than posting about how much the rest of you suck when compared to me.

Civic was a last resort bro... Try letting go of a '90 300ZedX that you poured every bit of free time, and money into, just to get it running, and ending up having to sell it anyways. Yea... I dont love the Civic, it is not my child, it is the Redheaded stepchild of my cars :lol:

$75 Z31 + Snow Tires + brand new Windshield Wipers + 3" of snow = 180 hp snowmobile!!!

all of the above ($400) + sled ($10) + rope ($5) = a blast (priceless)

yeah...i got my buddy atleast 6 feet in the air off of a ramp (metal garbage can and piece of plywood)...now thats fun!!! :D

civic isn't a bad car. i don't mind it but i love the 300zx so much more i can't imagine selling it. kinda like what freak said, it would be like selling part or your-self.

I sold the Zed because it was having minor porblem after minor problem... And thats not good in a daily driver.

You'll see that you have to be very careful when selecting a Zed... Dont rush it, otherwise you end up with a HUGE headache, and no money.

you sound like you're learning well... now all you need to do is get an old couch, and attach some ski's to it..... we got ours up to about 45 km/h before flipping it.... yeah people ended up in a lot of pain, but it was a lot of fun... then again the truck pulling it wouldn't go any faster...

yeah i know, i rented a new one the first snow storm we got. it was FAST!!! but my Z31 has something alot of snowmobiles cant do...snowmobiling at 80 mph comfortably. :evillol:

either way i had a blast. it makes me want to put tracks on my car and huge skis in the front and turn it in to a real snowmobile. it couldnt be that hard to make, maybe hard to make work properly.

wes you are one lucky sob... the nicest car i've seen in the flesh (in north america) was an AMAZING nsx... the guy must have put double the value of the car into it... dropped to the ground with full chrome.. i think they were 19's... loudest exhaust i've ever heard (on a street car) amazing sound system... the works... also, i'm guessing it came with the car... a 6' blonde hair blue eyed beauty of a trophy wife... over in europe i saw a beautiful ferarri f50, lamborghini diablo and the odd 911 turbo... tons of AMAZING cars over there...

Oh thats nothing... In town, there is a Gallardio, plenty of Diablos, F360 Modena, F50, F40, Two Enzos (Yellow and Red), Maybac, Bentleys, and FAR too many Porsches, and there is this sick Challenge style Viper... Im talking it looks EXACTLY like a racecar... I've only gotten pictures of so many though, I'll have to post them sometime.
