The new 6 series has some sweet led taillights when they're lit at night. Its like 1 led on the inner edge and the light trails down the row to the outer edge... total pimpness. Wish I could find a pic of it

Yeah I buy maybe one a year. It's difficult to justify adding more to the hundreds we have already. My wife just picked up the newest Beastie Boys instrumental remix cd which is awesome. So technically that doesn't count as one of my purchases...

My dad just picked me up Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas for the PC today. Surprised the hell out of me, he said it was because I helped around the house so much (cleaning, helped sand and stain the deck, etc). Seem like a pretty cool game, and I think I'm going to have to give up my addiction to SOCOM and start playing this.

That Beastie Boys cd kicks ass. I have their other instrumental cd too... which I think is rare though cuz I hardly ever see it.

I listened to the new Korn CD and it made me want to kill. I think it sucks just as bad as the previous two albums.

The new Disturbed, however... still thinking about picking that one up... IDK.

Welp... Hello from Colorado.
We went through Rocky Mountain National Park all day today... most of our day was spent above 11,000 feet in the mountains. The highest we went was the top of one of the mountains at about 13,000 feet...... boy, talk about an amazing view! There were unmelted glaciers below us on the side of the mountain... but nothing on top where we were. Was some fun driving though... up and down the mountain roads. On our way back we drove south through the rockies through all the little resort and ski towns.... that was fun... most of the roads zig zag up one side of the mountain, around the top, and zig zag back down the other side... must have done that for a hundred miles (was keeping track more or less)......... pretty amazing stuff to me, since Dallas is only about 400 miles above sea level and mostly flat farm and cattle land... so I've never seen mountains like this before... and TV and pictures don't at all do it justice.

so i get home yesterday put on the new alternator bolts and belt..start it up..the belt gets raging hot..i shut it down..wait a while..turn it on and more smoke..turn it off..my new belt i just got is torn already...its not on there super tight and its not loose..gotta be imbalanced or somthin..damn legend is startin to piss me off..so i got frustrated..took a safety break and started workin on the crx..i forgot how easy it was compared to the legend lol..my clutch had been giving me problems so i tightened the cable..loosened my throttle cable and it seemed to fix my idle problem besides my fitv one. then i put in a spoon chip and the thing feels great!! now i just need to find another header for it so i can get some flow..i also wired up my CEL to an old switch i had in the car so i can flip it and see if i have any codes vs tearing up the carpet and connecting two wires. gotta get an oil change today..headin down to cincinnati to work at a glass studio for a few days.

I had another dream about the world ending last night, pretty strange. There was a little fuzzy gray alien (looked a little like Roger from American Dad) and some human from another planet who was trying to tell me that the world was going to end. I had my friend drive me to the alien, so we could give him a ride to his space ship, but my friend just drove right past him. Next thing I know I was teleported out of the car and to the space ship and boarded it, unfortunately the little gray alien never made it. Then things got strange. There were a couple other people on the ship, and one of them was Paris Hilton :screwy: (I should have killed her & gave her seat to someone more deserving). I get to the planet to find my parents already living there, in a home that was crossed between my parent's house and my grandmother's house. So I went into the living room to sit down and relax. On the couch was my grandfather who had passed away like 5 years ago, and in the corner relaxing in a recliner was... Tom Hanks :uhoh: He had the full on white beard & disheveled hair from the movie Castaway. Then I woke up. It was definitely less freaky than my other end of the world dreams. Those had stuff like planes being blasted from the sky, demons (bigger than the statue of liberty) ripping through the earth, and the entire earth cracked open with rivers of lava flowing all over. This is the sh*t that happens when I run out of herb...

FrodoGT
08-02-2007, 02:47 PM
The trinitrons are the heaviest tv's ve ever lifted..friend had a 19" monitor that was like 63 lbs. and another friend has like a 26" that takes two people to set it down off the stand..forget actually lifting and carrying it.

foosh, I just had the CEL bulb yanked. If the car ever ran like crap I just checked the blinks. It wasn't that inconvienent except for right before I sold the car... I could never get the damn code 1 to go away, even after I replaced the O2 sensor with a brand new one. I think I had accidentally yanked the wire from the main harness. At least the wires were tucked nice...

I've got a cheap 27" Orion tv from walmart, cost me $180 about 3-4 years ago. If I had HD channels, an HDDVD or blueray player, and a PS3; then I'd buy a better tv.

yeah i was gonna get an lcd but im still in college and its mainly gonna be used for video games, movies, and sports so im not worried about the crystal clear picture..this one does have a nice picture tho. i figure once i graduate i can throw this tv downstairs in the living room since its GINORMOUS and put an lcd in my bedroom. took us three ppl to get it into the house..and i cracked part of the plastic..but it popped back in and im gonna throw a little bolt on the bottom to fix it.

turtle my ecu didnt have a light that i could check blinks on so thats why they included the wires so i could connect/disconnect them. now its uberconvenient.
