ON TSC's defense, I dont think he has to prove anything to anyone. He was just expressing his opinion. His business didn't go that well and so what?? Alot of businesses fail! He lives in a small town with many competitors. Sad to say but nothing is really successful in that little town of his. I've seen some of his work and its pretty damn nice. But seriously, every staff is kept in check by other staff and I might add by members as well. This is done in case a mod and or member becomes postal and and if need be gets discipline and or removed if necessary. Usually before a well known, old timer gets banned it is discussed among the other staff before hand to reach a consensus as to what to do with the member. In this case, there was no need because
1-Ami is a Council mod,
2-The TSC issue has been discussed numerous times before.

Regardless, I check each and every ban that occurs here in AF and what Ami did here, (and I am a bit surprised it hasn't happened sooner), is justified and the decision stands. TSC has had way more chances than most to play by the book. But his constant crossing the line, flamming, disregard of the rules is too much and quite frankly unfair to the others.
