GT4 Competition Week 3
Alright folks, prepare yourselves for another week of intense action as we prepare ourselves for a mountanious and spectacular 7 days ahead of us.

With regards to XeVeNskyLiNE- the old competition organizer - he has given me the obligation to begin another week to heat up the GT4 enthusiasm and keep the friendly battles going as he is unable to continue the GT4 competition legacy, and i am proudly accepting this proposal.

Let's shift into gear and get going....

Just to refresh our memory, our last competition took place at 2 different stages, including a grip competition at Citta Di Aria as well as a drift event held at Apricot Hill. With regards to that week, the winners include....

Apricot Hill Raceway Winner: BLU CIVIC with a time of 2' 11.792
Citta Di Aria Winner: XeVeNskyLiNE with a time of 2' 27.410

Congratulations to both these racers as they did a very good job and i hope to see you guys in this weeks event.

Just to keep things old school, the same rules apply.....except we are subtracting the power/weight ratio criteria, therefore, people within the competition are able to use any car they desire with no weight and power ratio restrictions, any power, and any weight is allowed. Although the only thing we are sticking to are the tire requirements just to keep some level of fair competition.

-For the grip event, this week the rule will be all drivetrains allowed.
-For the drift event, only RWD cars may be used. (4WD cars with VDC will not be allowed.)
-No price limit to buy and modify cars
-No horsepower limit
-The whole name of the car as well as every modification done to it must be submitted along with the time.
-No Nitrous.
-ALL DRIVING AIDS MUST BE TURNED OFF.
-Picture proof of best time as well as the tuning screen showing all modifications is HIGHLY recommended, however it isn't necessary.
-Drift Shootout: This event is held on Trial Mountain. Same rules apply car wise except you MUST use N3 Road tires. You may submit times with multiple cars, but only your best time for each car.
-Grippin' the Ground: This event will be held on the El Capitan. Same rules as above, but you MUST use R3 Medium slicks.

and to make it even better my truck got broken into last night, cut my factory harness and power cable for the whole truck, stole my 1000 dollar indash and fucked my dash up. Also broke the handle and did some damage to the door.

About that tard in the mustang, it may be old but apparently it happens every year. They do a mustang meet every year right near there and they film them coming from that street. I've seen a video of a red cobra mustang losing the rear end and smashing into cars waiting at the light but closer to it before the cameraman. And I've seen this one where the guy seemed to be just going along then suddenly smash into those cars in the other lane. These are the people that need to be weeded from the gene pool...

My CRX got broken into and My Alpine type-R's and amp were both taken right in front of my house..Just a few days ago, got in the car in the morning and my mirrors were off a little, looked back to back out and almost shit. Giant space where they used to sit, all wires still sitting there.

But it gets better, the dumb shit who stole it obviously wasnt strong enough to carry the 100+lbs of crap (the speakers are 21 each and a 55lb box) because he stashes the stuff in the garage of the folks who live across the street! Thank god my brother has a big mouth (for once) because he told them, and later on they noticed a bunch of equipment laying in their garage, they put two and two together.

i've come to the conclusion that i do not want a RWD vehicle...not very good in bad weather...drove our durango when it was snowing and rear tried to get away...same as last week when it was raining and i was driving the caprice...i think i'll stick with fwd or awd or 4wd

well great news...changed the rear rotors and brake pads on all four tires today...great fun :thumbsup: first time doing a brake job and the rotors on the landcruiser are huge...thanks Haynes Manual ;)

well my mother's car was broken into this morning and they busted the window after trying to break into it...stold the cd player (and broke it in the process...buttons were in the car) and stole the 2 Polk Audio Subs that were in the back...sux

My alarm is half installed, its been raining too much and its just too hot in the middle of the day to do alot of work per day. Im about to wire up the remote start and get a few more sensors attached, and shell be locked up like a drum!

Well, I put a backup battery inside the car, glass break sensor, and a closed loop sensor on my sub box underneath so that if it gets picked up itll set it off. On top of the shock sensor, standard door switches and hood latch alarm. Oh and I finished it today, everything worked like a dream...the first time. Wheres my cookie?

Oh and, mmmm couch.

Picked up another larger powder coat oven, this one can do full size (v8) engine blocks, larger suspension parts, 20" wheels, pretty much anything within about 24x24x26" size.

Life sucks when the VW CEL blinks and goes into limp mode and the CRX doesn't like to start in the daytime because it's too hot so you have to borrow the parent's old spare driver training vehicle. It wouldn't be so bad since it's a v-6 but the tires are like $10 specials. I had to speed up on the freeway to get out of a trooper's way because he had to go 90mph to pull someone over in a Mercedes with out of state tags. I should've not got out of the way...

I have several riddles for you guys.

1. There is a man who lives in an apartment complex on the 12th floor. When he leaves for work every day, he takes the elevator to the first floor, and continues out the front door of the complex and on his way to work. He get a one hour lunchbreak everyday at 1pm. When he comes home, he take the elevator to only the 6th floor, gets off of the elevator and walks the remaining 6 floors to his apartment. When he leaves to go back to work, he takes the elevator all the way down. When he returns, he uses the same method as he did when returning to his apartment for the lunchbreak. Why does he do this?

2. A man lives in the forest, and has all of his life. He has and continues to walk this same trail every day of his life to retrieve water from the stream not to far away. One day, he sees a cabin in the middle of the trail. This cabin was never there before. He looks through a window and there are 6 dead bodies. How did the cabin get there?

3. You are driving a bus early on a busy Monday morning. The bus makes the first stop and picks up 5 people. The second stop, it picks up 12 more people. On the third stop, 2 people get off. Can you figure out the age of the bus driver using the given information. If so, what is his age?
