2.2, how do you know how it preforms? Did you do flow tests on it? That is probably a very very well tuned header. Weight... sheet metal headers dont weigh much.

yep, i close off the other three ports an burp through one at a time, depending on the quality of the sound at the other end determines how good its flow is, compared to a spoon manifold i burped through last week i can tell you that the sound quality recorded at the exit-end of this pipe was considerably worse than the quality recorded with the spoon manifold.

WTF is wrong with people? I'm watching my local news right now. There are people who are waiting outside of a Walmart since 4PM this afternoon, so they will be first in line for the sales. What would make someone wait 11 hours in the freezing cold and snow just to get a deal? And the poor employees who have to get to work at 4:30am to help the shoppers out. If you ever want to lose your mind, I recommend getting a seasonal job at KB Toys (or any other toy store). A few years ago I did that and boy was it hell. 11pm someone tried to steal my car, couldn't sleep the rest of the night, left for work at 4am, they opened the flood gates at 5am on the dot, tried not to throw up (from no sleep) while my co-workers and boss drank screw drivers and ate rum balls all morning long. At least the year after I only had to be to work at 8am @ best buy. But then, Cingular didn't even have their activation lines open until noon, so I stood around all morning. So I say... fuck Black Friday.

What ever happened to good music? As recent as even 9 months ago, there were tons of bands putting out quality music worthy of listening to. Now all there is are these whiny emo/scream-o/scream-core/hardcore-wannabe bullshit. Where are the bands like Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, RATM, Tool, Deftones, Doors, AIC, Beatles, Sublime, old ass Incubus?! Someone PLEASE tell me. I'm sick of turning on my radio and listening to these no talent hacks. I haven't even listened to my radio on a regular basis in 3 frigging years. In fact I only turn it on, and keep it on when I hear older music that I like. And music tv stations too! Does anyone out there remember when MTV was short for Music Television? Or remember when MTV2 played good, and less "commercial" music? Or a year or 2 ago when FUSE played good music? Am I missing something here, or has anyone else noticed this too? Maybe when Tool finally comes out with their new album (probably another year or so, looking at how their past albums worked out), I'll stop paying attention to all this horrible music. I'm a drummer and I'm completely uninspired by this garbage out now. Maybe I should just record myself slitting my own wrists, so I have at least some kind of sound to inspire me :dunno:

Yeah, I havn't heard much good music in the last two or three years like you said. Infact I probably have only baught 20 cd's or so over the last couple years, and most of them never made it into the player more than a few times. All the bands that are new try to be the ones that are old but with there own spin of emotion wanna be senative dont hurt me again bullshit. And the majority of bands that have been around for a while are starting to sellout. I know sound evolves, and maby this is just where the evolutional path has led, and soon may it change. Nobody writes good songs anymore, its watered down propoganda for the ever growing wealth of shit. Not long ago I would have said I would rather listen to bad music than listen to a commerical on the radio.. now I find myself searching for commericals to mask the music. When something is origional its expolyted till its no longer so.

Exactly. I've bought 3 cds in the past 3 years: A Perfect Circle - eMOTIVe and 2 Wu Tang Clan cds (36 Chambers and The Wu); and that's it. Record companies complain about not making a profit because of illegal downloads, bullshit! It's because they charge $20 for shitty music that they try and shove down everyone's throat. I'd rather take a shit in my hands and jam it in my ears. There are definently band that have sold out big time. And a big part of it is because the record companies push artists into making more radio friendly/commercially acceptable music, so they can make more $. Look at bands like Staind (who shamefully I admit I use to like them a lot). They went from metal to this p**sy crying bs, just to make a buck. Same with the guys from limp bizkit. Back when "3 dollar bill y'all$" came out, it was pretty damn good. Then they just flat out sold their souls for the all mighty dollar (hmmm maybe because fred took a job with the record company?) But I guarentee if everyone who has ever posted in this OT thread added 2 bands to a list of "bands that try to sound like Nirvana"; we'd have a few hundred bands listed with no problem. Guess it's just the way things are. People are Sheep, and will buy anything if others are buying it too.

And every now and then, you'll be with some old friends and out of the blue some song will come on the radio or whatever and instatly everyone is taken back to a certain moment in time ... its things like that that make music so great. Most of this newer stuff.. me and my friends will never have meaning with it, some of the new gernations might, but its doubtful. Music without passion and soul is not music. Its like a great play put on by six year olds... it may all be there.. the props and the words and the people... but its not a masterpiece my any means.

I couldnt agree with you guys more. i havent found anything even worth buying in the past few months. everything that was once good is now a sell out. every genre has basically gone down the shitter lately imo. very very depressing

This is very very true. I haven't bought a new CD in a very long time. The ones I have bought were of music compilations of various lounge music artists. Rock music just straight up sucks these days. I can't even tolerate that R&B or EMO shit. It's like country music with a bigger audience base. But that doesn't make it good. Don't get me wrong though. Even though I'm older I still like some good tunes when appropriate. It's sad though when even the consumption of alcohol doesn't help with making new music sound better.
