So my car FINALLY HAS AC!!!!! WOOOO! I finished it up last night when I managed to find the last two lines in the junkyard undamaged by morons who dont care. Used an R134A retrofit kit from Autoblown and used a friends vacuum system to make sure it went in right. So far my totals are looking like this:
350 for car
51 for registration etc
300 for ac system and recharge
and thats all!
Not bad for fitting a car that never even had ac. Thank you Lego Cars of Canada!
Ive stil got about 1300 laying around from the sale of my crx, which I stole the evaporator out of :P and Im debating what to do. But god is it nice to be able to keep the windows up in 100 deg 100% humidity FL weather. It blows so damn cold...I have to turn it down after awhile.

I'm so pissed off right now, someone stole my stash. I usually keep it in old prescription bottles (clear orange plastic ones with the white cap). So I was just about to pack up my pipe, when I look at the medicine bottle and it's f'ing EMPTY!!! There are a few specks and crumbs at the bottom, but nothing more. 2 nights ago when I put it in there, there was at least a nickle bags worth in there, now the sh*t's gone. I was gone all yesterday, and last night I smoked what was left from the night before. It's not like I live with roommates or anything, I live with my freaking parents. And of course my bro won't answer his phone so I can interrogate him to see if he was even over here yesterday or not. I'm so pissed off right now...communist bastards.
Edit: lol. false alarm. I just found it smooshed in the corner of my computer chair. no clue how it got there in the first place, but at least the mystery has been solved.

Ok..I guess im just lucky. I found a car, another car :P
This one happens to be a 1999 Starlight Black Pearl Clearcoat Integra GS-R (I like long names).
After going to the dyno with my friend earlier, we got bored and decided to go see if the honda dealer around the corner had a Fit that we could test drive. So we hop out of the car in the lot and I IMMEDIATELY spot an integra. Whats more, its a GSR, and its a beauty. COMPLETELY stock, down to the stereo. With 67k miles. Later a carfax would show that this is a 1 owner car with service at the dealer every 7-8k miles. a cream puff.
So I gave it a drive, its soo nice. No problems whatsoever, clean as a whistle..interior looks absolutely new, not even wrinkles in the leather. I didnt care about the two small dents in the hood..
I had spent about 3 months looking for a gsr back in jan-feb-march only to have a great one sold on me by a gay dealer.
So anyway, I put a deposit down on this thing pending deals to be done Monday. I just cant believe I searched all over the state..to find one 3 miles from my house.
Still has stickers on the new tires (I burned em off through 3rd gear :P)

Think I got yet another trojan virus today (some damn popup crap), so I got rid of internet explorer and have decided to join the world of firefox users. So far I'm actually liking it a lot better than the new IE7, so that's a plus for sure.

I actually don't like firefox... tried it for a while and went back to internet explorer... then again, I never have any virus or pop up problems, and it always seems to load my web pages fine... oh well.
Am a little interested to see what Safari for windows based PC's is going to be like... I hate macs, but Safari is a good browser.

I never had any problems with popups or viruses until this past 2 weeks, kind of freaking me out now.
But I went from IE6 to firefox for like a day and didn't like it, especially the tab browsing. But since then I've gotten use to it with IE7, so I figured I might as well try firefox again. I'm definently going to stick with this from now on, unless microsoft comes out with something better (but they won't because IE7 just came out not too long ago). Still have to figure out how to do some stuff with it though, like get it to download stuff with download accelerator instead of the default downloader prog.

As long as you have all the disks, then yes. That's what I did at this week. Just pop in your windows disk, restart the computer and follow the directions to Reformat it. But be prepared to spend a few hours downloading all the windows updates, and putting all the other stuff back on your computer.

If you don't at least have the disk for windows (or whatever operating system you're using), then you're pretty much screwed. However, if the computer you bought came with a disk or 2 called something like "quick restore", then that will work in place of the operating system's disk. But again, if you don't have that either, you're S.O.L. You'd have to buy a new copy of the OS, or learn how to use linux and download a free copy of that.
