I haven't check this year, but I know Comedy Central had a contest twice last year. You had to make your own pilot and then submit it, with the winner potentially getting it to be created as a full show. My friend and I were going to do it, but we just never had the motivation, and my camcorder is pretty ancient. Might want to look into it though.

The recording and having actors is the hard part for me. I mean, I'm 100% sure I could put together a crew but then you kinda need to trust the skillsez of the other people to make it work. I don't have a crew like that. All I got is me and Final Draft cranking out pages. Got three episodes of one half hour sitcom waiting in the wings and a first draft of an hour long something (its comedy and shit blowing up) pilot

So I got about 150 pages of scripts and not much plans of how to get them to a screen.

So I had the wonderful experience of getting another flat tire tonight. This time was pretty bad though. I started hearing some noise, over the radio, and when I got to a stop light, I could clearly see the front passenger side was lower that the drivers. I attempted to pull into a gas station, right in front of a truck, luckily they were smart enough to move to the other lane & not hit me (much smarter than me I suppose). So I pull up to the air machine thingy, see that my tire is completely flat, oh & the nozzle on the god damn machine has been broken off. I grabbed the little ass spare and jack it up, sure enough I rode on it enough to cut right through the side wall. Oh, and of course no one has ever looked at the spare, let alone used it, so it had completely deflated over the past 16 years (damn thing takes 60 psi!) My close by friend has a twisted meniscus in his knee or some shit, so I had to have my dad run an air compressor to me.

God forbid my parents spend their money on something useful, like replacing tires on their car that have 1/8th inch worth of tread, instead of some kitchen gadget or new swifer/vacuum hybrid that they'll never even take out of the fucking box. No, lets ignore out son who told us we desperately need new tires for the past year, and buy some more junk.

Crazy, I can't even take 3 puffs total without tweaking out. When I first started up again 12 years ago (starting when I was 13 and then stopping when I was 14, only to start up again at age 20), I could go non-stop. I got to the point where I'd smoke 2-3 blunts, as fat as the Dutch Masters when they were purchased, with 3-4 friends, and still want more. Now, 2 puffs off of a regularly rolled (thin as a cigarette), and I'm on the verge of a panic attack. Likely due to my poor diet and all the carbonated beverages I drink, that build up gas & indigestion, to the point where I feel like I'm about to have a heart attack when I'm stoned. But I take the good with the bad, and the good is that I don't need much anymore to feel good (bad obviously being paranoia of a heart attack...still worth it).

THC can be a crazy chemical. Sometimes stopping for a while can be bliss, and other times it can be a continued hell. For me, I've quit before, because I had the worry/paranoia of having a heart attack (even though I knew what was going on and told myself that it was in my head and all a physical awareness). Some times I'd quit for 6 months and still retained that same feeling of , and other times I'd quit and simply feel comfort. It really depends on the specific strain that you are using. For me, I'm incredibly lucky; I have a connection who is the "source". I know the strains he is growing, and whether it's an indica or sativa, or rather, whether it's more of a mind or body intoxication. Then being able to sample them with a small or big amount. He produces more Sativa strains (more mental, and physically increased ambition to do things). Unfortunately people generally want indica strains, where they feel it more physically. The Indica strains tend to be a more physical, and tend to flip me out. I realize this is pretty crazy to say, but I actually prefer the stepped on, brown, full of stems & seeds commercial (merch/Arizona/Mexican/Dirt/$20 a zip) stuff over the high priced/high quality stuff. It's what I grew up on at age 13, and what I still love 19 years later. From what a friend has said, even Willie Nelson preferred the buzz of "dirt weed".

I cant go as far as to say I want the dirty brown back in rotation, but I CAN say that ever since around 2010 when high grade, and now medical grade, became readily available to me I was definitely feeling more of a high and more consistently.

I used to use a lot of Reggie when I was in Texas, but I don't think it even exists here in Oregon. My tollerance is insane... in fact I don't think it even exists, I'll wear out a Bic before I wear our my brain. I think studies have shown that good ol' papers deliver the highest amount of THC, but also the highest amount of tars and other bad shit.

I think that just switching different methods have different affects. Not necessarily stronger but different. Like my water pipe is different than my other pipes which are different than rolling, and very different than the vaporizer. Technically I think the vape produces the cleanest most concentrated thc (assuming you have one of the really nice ones, there are tuns of cheap vapes on the market now, all the ones I've tried with metal heating elements do not work well, its more like they just use a coil to burn it instead of heating the air to vaporize it). I have one chillum that makes my lips numb...

My vape is definitely one of the el cheapos. I ordered it from some site for $35 I think and it came with a free plastic grinder (which purees the green better than my metal one)

Best thing about the vapes though IMO is that they seem to help stretch the supplies. Last I used one, there were three heads on it and we probably used .5g and were good to go. I use almost .25 per session by my dam self and usually two sessions per day (a set up and then a bump, if you will)

It snowed here the past 2 days (they called off the search because of it), but they still have had over a week to find it.
