That certainly seems obtainable. I'm not sure Ted Danson is the person to look up to as far as TV earnings though. Maybe Joss Whedon, would be more of a person to look up to. Hell, maybe Seinfeld or Larry David money should be your goal, if you want the big bucks.

Crazy storm hit here last night. Power went off at 11:45pm and didn't come back on until 4:30am or so. Bunch of tree limbs came down in the neighborhood. Luckily it passed by in 10-15 minutes. I was actually just watching the end of the local new before it happened, and some part time weather woman said that she didn't expect the winds to be more that 5-10 mph. That's right when I started hearing the wind. I'd guesstimate that is was probably a lot closer to 25-30mph. Hilarious.

There seems to be one minor casualty though. I believe my surround sound receiver was effected. If I put it on the radio setting, I can hear static fine. Wiggling the wires for the center speaker, I can hear static as well. But I can't get any sound out of it for my Cable. If my room wasn't such a cluster "F", I'd try swapping out some cables, but it'll have to wait until the morning. Hopefully I can get my PS3 to work, and watch something on that. Otherwise, YouTube here I come.

In nonrelated news... seriously considering buying an 04 touareg with the twin turbo v10 diesel TDI...

Seems like that same storm system ripped most of the way through the Midwest and then hit the East Coast. I was at home enjoying the show... I'm a fan of thunderstorms as long as I don't have to drive in it with the masses. Plenty of thunder claps that were more violent than anything I remember experiencing before. I thought El Nino was supposed to have been the worst weaher ever?? :dunno:


The Toureg though, I can't say I'm a fan of the styling of that or the big cousin Porsche, but a twin turbo diesel makes up for alot of that. If my next car purchase is carried out with economy in mind, then it'll either be a hybrid or a diesel. More likely a hybrid since thats what all the manufacturers are now trying to get good at. Remember when the Honda Insight and Toyota Prius and Echo were all you could get??
