Lol, most of us are busy and broke. I just started a new job, making more an hour and a 8-5 m-f gig...only problem is its in a racing shock shop and I want to waste some money there.

I was thinking you could swap in a newer engine into an older car, but not the other way around. Biggest catch is you have to have all the emission equipment for that car as well, which I didn't think was much different from our cars. But I also know Cali is bad about you having to have paper work for every little thing too, so I can see how big of a pain it would be to pass something over there.

haha I hear ya. Yesterday it was around 50 degrees, sunny, and most of the snow finally melted here. Right now it's 18 degrees, snowing, with 20-30 mph winds and 40-50 mph gusts. Damn Canada sending me all their crappy weather :swear:

Welp..I pulled the wideband, s300 and some other various trinkets off the hatch today. End of an era, I suppose. Itll be gone later today :( And Im sure it wont hit me until later. But, as I told Ami, I am getting one killer deal out of it, so it lifts the spirits a bit. I guess we are all getting older and having to let go at one point or another, or for one reason or another...smog, age, family...or just not having a car a female will step into :P

Man, alot of firsts with this car. First with power steering, first with real AC (hatchs crappy old r12 system doesnt count in FL), first with a sunroof, hydraulic clutch, and for the first time in over a year.. a radiator fan O.o. Yeah, ask me how I did FL summer like that :P

The Post office is really starting to piss me off. The touch screen on my phone is FUBAR, so I got a hold of a Droid off of Ebay. Was suppose to get it Saturday, which it was in Greensboro, NC(not to far from here)...nothing Saturday. Check the tracking late Sunday and find out it went to Atlanta, GA for some strange reason, so I hoped for it Monday, which I didn't realize was a holiday. Ok, so if it left Atlanta at 7pm Sunday, which means they worked Sunday and I'm sure the driver didn't take Monday off, they should have got it here no problem today. Nothing yet again and still no update from Atlanta.

Really sucks cause work is pretty boring cause we are waiting on parts to come in, and I can't do shit on my phone other than answer calls. I know thats all they were made for, but I have been spoiled to my smart phones.

so we're out today in the ridicilous amount of snow which appeared over night in the civic wagon when we saw a lady stuck. Got her out. Then we drove a guy we know 30mi out of town to trouble shoot some error codes on a swap he did at friends house. Finally ended the night by jer discovering some kids on the side of the road who tried to replace a dead battery & hooked it up backwards...they had no clue they blew the main fuse. He ran home for any parts they might need as they were stranded in the dark while it was snowing in shorts! It was just one of those days where things kept popping up right in front of us...

and we were more than happy to help cuz at the end of the day it was the awd wagon somebody essentially gave us (in trade for some audio work) which made it possible for us to be all over the place in such horrible weather helping \m/

All contacts are associated with the gmail email address required to start your phone, as well as backup assistant. Assuming it's on verizon and not teh weaksauce tmobile.

I didn't have any of it backed up or anything. Just went into verizon and had them move everything over, took about 15 mins. Still getting use to the keyboard and everything on it, but so far I like it better than my last phone.

ugh...I hate being sick :puke:

Son was sick this morning. Spewed all over the floor, bookcase, and wall. Sisters were none too happy since he was sleeping in their room.

Had a dually back into my fender at lunch today while I was sitting in the car. Didn't really do much to it other than dent the fender. Its a guy I work with and he called and got a price on a fender before we even made it back into work and is paying for a new fender. I will probably just bang it out for now.

I think I'm finally over it but was up with a coughing kid all night. Tag...youre sick!!

it snowed last night. We took vic to school in the wagon. On the way home we heard this incredible loud crash sound like a boulder hit the windshield :uhoh: startled both of us pretty good. Turns out cold, old, & brittle dash filler piece by defrost vents finally cracked & must have hit the windshield when it popped. Didn't do any further damage...it was just one of the crazy loudest random sounds I've heard while driving.

Try having a side hatch window bust on you going down the road, that will scare the crap out of you.

at my shop, we are mandated by law to ONLY intstall a full patch/plug from the inside of the tire out..

Oh I know, I kind of hope the thing blows out on me...except for the damage that would occur. Only little run down shops will plug a tire like that, but it was the closest thing to get the tire fixed. I need to start looking for a new set of tires anyway, want to go a little wider than what I have, but hard to find. Running 195/60/14s right now.
