SERIOUSLY OT: Keep whoring alive, it's THREAD #5!!!

I've been wanting to try the HiCu but it isn't distributed here on the left coast. We have a very very small release brewery close to here called Flat Tail and they make a cucumber beer thats very good, has a real distinct flavor thats hard to put your finger on. I picked up a 6 pack of Swill by 10 barrel brewing co over the weekend. Excellent on all fronts, I could drink this beer day in and day out... nom nom nom.

As for cleaning a pipe- good ol alcohol and salt does the trick.

Alternatively you could scrape it clean. And smoke that shiz.

Do you mean the actual water pipe, where it gets dirty above the water line? If so, fill with water up to the line and then throw in a Denture cleaning tablet. Preferably an over night one (rather than a 3-5 minute one) and leaving it overnight.

If it's another part (stem, slider, diffuser, etc)... nothing I can really think of, other than just cleaning it on a regular basis :dunno: Throw the parts in a ziplock bag full of rubbing alcohol overnight.

I didnt think of the denture cleaning tabs... fan-effing-TASTIC

I looked online and saw a tip to use alcohol and rice (or another abrasive) and then swirl it around to cleanse the grime.... that only partially worked. I still got a visible amount og grime above the water level, but I did clean out the rest (stem, slider, et all) and my smoke tastes so much better and my bowl lasts quite a bit longer.

There is much debate over taste, clean vs used pipe...

If I happen to get sick from this beer/Wild Turkey 101 combo & almost empty stomach, I will attribute it to you passing your virus electronically. I will then proceed to fix my Civic, steal some plates (no need to register or insure to commit murder right? oh...did I just spoil my plan?), and drive to Oregon. I will then hunt you down (with Amy's help ;)) and kill you slowly over a 2-3 day period. But really, how can one predict how quickly someone will die from blood loss, from creating & slowly cauterizing wounds. So it might actually be 1 or 4 days, who knows, I'm new to this type of thing. Hit rock bottom last night. 2 or 3 too many shots of Wild Turkey. Started throwing up, tried to get up & ended up passing out on the bathroom floor for a while, woke up to throw up some more. I remember walking out of the bathroom, but don't recall anything after opening the door. Now I remember why I stopped drinking for so long (although it's never been as bad as last night).

a little over 11 years ago, I borrowed $16,500 for college.... been paying that back for about 7 years now. Found out this morning, my current balance is $12, 225, so I'll be paying this small loan off basically until I'm 50. I felt alot better when they just snaked $200 out of my bank account every month and I had no idea how far away I was from being done with it.

Stayed out 2 hours more than I wanted to, to help data log an evo 8 tonight, even though I'm not getting paid for it. On the way home I popped the rear tire on my dad's Kia, and had the rear end sliding out. Tried to change it with the spare, but of course it's under the car & the bracket holding it on is rusted to shit. Then I lost the keys in the trunk after I gave up. I should have been driving my moms Buick, but the inspection is over due, and a cop followed me earlier in the day.

Lesson learned... tell friend's to piss off and data log their own cars. Or get off my lazy ass and get my own car on the road. Eh...one of the two.

Should have read the owners manual. There is a bolt on the floor by the hatch/trunk latch, that you unscrew with the tire iron, and the damn spare tire tray falls right down. 20 minutes and the tire is replaced.

I did find a perfectly placed, brand new piece of a razor blade in the tire though. I'm going to have a message for everyone, where my friend lives. Third or forth tire I've had popped there. Next time, everyone's getting their tires slashed.

I'm not a big fan of holidays but this one is one of the dumbest for exactly the reason TSC said.... add to it the tradition of buying as many explosives as you can smuggle across state lines (illegal in IL but not any of our neighbor states) and setting them shits off with the assistance of the smallest children available.

Fell asleep on the couch yesterday evening at an unknown time. Just woke up, 4am. Missed all the fireworks and celebration. :/ Feel kinda jipped. Oh an I have work today 5 hours. Well on the bright side... its almost 4:20 in the am. Which is the best 4:20 if you ask me. So I'm going to head out on my balcony, big chief, zone out for a bit. Then maybe sleep some more? Meh. Its morally wrong to be off on a Thursday, then have to go back to work for Friday, only to be off Saturday and Sunday. Oh and some coworkers had been talking about going prospecting for Oregon Sunstones so I said I would go, then they start talking about going somewhere 10 hours from here, sleeping in the desert, staying 3 days, expecting me to rent a car to carry them all out there, and done approved the time off work and such. And I'm standing here going "wait... hold on... 3 days, 20 hours of driving? Nooooo....." so I've got to put the kabosh on that shit. God I hate people. What makes them think I want to spend more than a day looking for god damn rocks with people that I can barely tolerate for 8 hours at a time. No dice mochacho. I'm just going to straight up tell them I'm not doing it, fuck do I hate people. Give them an inch and they think your best friends for the next decade. Fuck you. In related news, I got a new pipe a couple of days ago. Its sandblasted. I'm on the fence, it feels nice in the hand, but sometimes you get that 'nails on a chalkboard' feel when your nails hit the rough surface. Other than that its a cool pipe, looks awesome. I'm surprised that it has some color changing and iridescence showing up through the sandblasting.
