in other news, I'm going to go see Russel Peters this Sunday. I'm hoping its back to the quality of his first and second specials which were pretty gotdam funny. I've been let down recently by Daniel Tosh and Louis CK who I thought both had mildly disappointing shows. I'd like to catch Bill Burr one of these days

I've seen ads for her show and was skeptical as to how funny it might be. One of my coworkers saw it and said it wasn't really that good. Ever since Chappelles Show, it seems like the networks (primarily Comedy Central) are dying to get a successful sketch comedy show. If its On Demand then I'll check out the pilot. If nothing else, she's worth oggling for a bit

Saw Russell Peters last night..... I give it a 7.5/10 on the hilarity scale. Doesn't help that the theater seats were about as comfy as that last half seat on the school bus.

But I saw Ironman 3 the night before that..... THUMBS THE FUCK UP despite the standard unanswered character motivation questions and plot holes that I come to expect with all superhero movies. If you are looking for effects first, storyline second, then IM3 is for you

(I asume the kids are calling it IM3 since its not cool to say the full name of things anymore)
