I think if they really cared about making sure people were safer drivers from an online course, they would let you take the class as quickly as you wanted, but could only take the test twice for a passing score.

....or if they start taking my advice on public policy, I say let people get a higher class of license that allows them to drive faster if they pass performance driving tests like the police do. I promise im a better real-world performance driver than 90% of the cops that have ever pulled me over.

Now that I think of it, I've probably been pulled over close to two dozen times in my career.

You have a radar detector or are you just fortunate/knowledgeable about the speed traps everywhere you drive??

Few years ago I got a good radar detector, but it didnt save me from the Laser on the highway one day (94 in a 55). I still don't have the laser jammer add-on but at least it forced me to be a little smarter about when/where I speed.

Lol I've been in Oregon for like a year and half now, still have my Texas license.

I still keep my old FL license just for the hell of it. Its just more fun to have an out of state license.... not usually as fun to have an out of state license plate though.

Forgot to pay the cable bill last month, so had to pony up $200 to keep it from being shut off... leaving me mostly broke. BUT while cleaning I happened across a bag with about a gram in it. So I'm one happy fat white boy at the moment.

It feels great to find cash but it feels equally as good to find a gram

Are you in an area where you can go to one of those co-ops where you can buy freely with a membership?? I was told a fantastic tale where you get a gram of the goodness for $10 which seems absolutely ridiculous.

LOL @ Acorn. Street price on sticky icky icky is $60-70 per quarter (7g) here. I can get good "baby dro" (as it was called in Texas) for as low as $4 a gram. As far as co-ops, we have those, but I don't know prices and such, as I don't have a medical card yet.

So I finally got an extended battery today, for my HTC Incredible 2. I'm hoping it will allow me to be able to root my phone again. It comes with a new back for the phone, so the thicker battery will actually fit. Unfortunately the antenna is actually built into the back cover, with some tiny areas of conductive paint. Well...the paint seemed to have cracked at some point, so I was getting either no service, or 1 bar max. I did a little digging, and it seems to be a common problem with this phone; with extended battery back cover or not. So this is what I did..

Cut off 2 thin strips of aluminum foil, and taped them to the cover, where the reception tabs of the phone make contact (and a little extra length for good measure). Back to my usual 2-3 bars of reception in my bedroom :evillol:

NYC or the state in general? In the rest of NYS, the prices are about the same as there; $20 a gram, $60 an 1/8th, etc, for mid grade stuff. Hell, even crappy Canadian buds are minimum $15-20 a gram. It's definitely not a supply and demand issue here thought, because the market is flooded year round, other than 3-4 weeks before New Years & the 4th of July. NYC though, they're at least $30 a gram, for sure. Hell, Colleges are probably at least that throughout the State (probably the country). I've heard of local college students paying $25-30 a gram here, basically paying $60 for 2 grams vs $60 for 3.5-4 for locals. That shit makes me LOL.

But in reality, these are just prices I've heard about. I haven't spent a penny for herb in almost 10 years. Pays to know some low quantity sources that need help trimming :lol:

In Tallahassee we were getting basically $10 a gram but it was just some mid grade. Every once in a while somebody would have hygrade and charge $20 a gram but it was legit sticky. Most times there was anything especially funky in the air (kush and flavors), one of my friends had brought it in from out of town, so it cost me nothing.

That was college... now I'm paying, but its discount, but its always kush or sour.

I installed it on my old computer, and I probably played it for 20 minutes, before I deleted it for more hard drive space. :frown: I have to admit that I really didn't give it a serious try, that I've given some other games, that were even more annoying. Honestly, I don't even remember the game play at all, other than it was a little bit of a let down compared to the kind of badass video that played at first startup.

But regardless, let me know how the game is. I actually thought about installing it on my PS3, when I saw is was Free to download there as well.

After almost 13 hours, the game finished downloading... and it does indeed suck. It doesn't suck balls only cause it has some female DC superheroes that I never heard of but have GIGANTIC shirts to keep me interested.

Past that, its basically the same game as Marvel Ultimate Alliance. I liked Marvel, put alot of that was liking the characters and their powers. The game itself is just runaround and smash buttons. Same for DC Universe but with characters that you probably dont care about. Add in a bunch of Level Up/ Power Up/ Power Token crap and its the same old same old. I'll give it a couple more plays before I delete it, but so far I'd rather just pop Marvel UA back in and beat it again.
