Nice selection, I've never seen that Genesee before, I see the regular tall boys in the green can all the time here- not bad at all for the price. I think Arrogant bastard is overrated, gets most of its sales from its name I think- however Stone brewery that makes it does make some very nice brews. Southern Tier makes a Creme Brulee beer that is fucking spectacular.
Hmmm. The green caned Genesee must be the cream ale. Does it have a white grain stalk in the top middle of the can? I'm actually interested in how far away they sell their beer. If they have a different can, other than what's available semi-local, I'd like to know. The others I've seen are either white with a little red or blue. The cream ale is actually pretty decent, for a generic beer. I pretty much only see tall cans of it, and rarely a 12 pack. For the price, I agree the Arrogant bastard is overrated. Personally, I'll probably never buy it on my own, though I'm glad I tried it. My friend specifically bought it for me, because he claims I'm Arrogant & smug (the definition of wisenheimer; in a non-realistic way, matching my German last name) about Hondas and other things. But that Creme Brulee intrigues me, in fact I just had to check their site, because I've never seen it. Apparently it's available in June. I'm definitely going to have to check it out. Even being in NY, I only first heard of the company in November or so.


As far as razors, I go through a fresh Gillette Fusion Pro Glide once a week, I get about three shaves before they start pulling- very thick facial hair... which is funny because the hair on my head is migrating to the rest of my body. A 5 pack of those blades runs about 18 bucks, so thats roughly what I spend a month.

I trim my shit with electric clippers but I can go a month without and look relatively civilized. At my current rate, the hair gone from my head will soon outweigh the hair on my face.

And yes, the green Genesee is the Cream one. Its common here in Portland, however I never seen it in Texas- but that's not surprising, most supermarkets consist of the typical domestic cans in stacks of 30 packs.

They don't get nearly close enough. If I let my beard grow out.. I need to pre trim with a hedge clipper when I want to shave it off

So I decided tonight was the night to finally re-root & ROM my phone. I had to un-root it, because my battery was shit, and kept causing my phone to randomly shut off (had to remove it, and recharge the phone before it'd turn back on; even at 50% battery life).

Well I'm a complete dumbass who shouldn't be doing anything to their phone. I apparently didn't un-root it properly, so I left some fragments on it. I also updated my phone to a point where the old rooting technique no longer works. After 45 minutes, I luckily got my phone out of a death boot loop...still not sure how. So now I have to go on a forum of competent tech savvy people, and admit to my stupidity, in hopes that someone feels pity as well as has the knowledge, to actually help me fix this shit.

Of course, Mr. Hotshot Spoon decided it would be a breeze. And getting drunk while doing this would be an ok thing to do. Well, 3 hours later after starting the processes (drinking & rooting/ROMing), I am now completely sober. What a kick in the ballz.

HTC Incredible 2. I was running Cyanogenmod 7.2 for a while, but went back to an older stock ROM when I started having battery issues.

I gave up around 2am, now that I'm back to a stock ROM, but not the version I need to be able to put another ROM on it (need to be at Android 2.3.3 but I'm stuck at 2.3.4). I still have Revolutionary (s-off and recovery tool), but it keeps asking me to either update (results in factory reset) or cancel (which results in a bootloop). It won't let me get into ClockworkMod, that allows me to change ROMs & Kernels. I'm thinking that I have to somehow get ClockworkMod to install manually, to fix all of this. Otherwise I should just have to find a way to get back to 2.3.3, and then run ClockworkMod.

Going to be a long day...

^all that is Greek to my eyes but I had a mini-struggle with my EVO 4G LTE a couple weeks ago. I was on a call with a tow shop and they needed me to hang up so that they could create a work order for me (won't work if they hang up first)

Problem was my screen kept going into Power Save mode and when I would hit the power button to bring the screen up, it would go back off the second I touched it. So I couldn't keep the screen on long enough to hit Call End. The lady on the phone says "can you just take the battery out?" which would have been an excellent suggestion if I had a battery at all.

Foiled by technology again. I must be related to Wile E. Coyote somewhere along the line

I tried the press+hold trick... didnt work that time. Usually that works, but there have been a few other occasions when I just get the middle finger from my phone til its good n ready

Anything not wired has to have some way of getting power (a battery) the question is whether its easily accessible and/or replaceable

Woot! My phone is now rooted and ROM'd. I lost a day and half by having my USB phone cable connected to a USB 3.0 port instead of a 2.0 (or whatever) port. Unreal.

If for some reason you need a Wideband O2 sensor, don't buy an AEM UEGO! I am begging you, please don't. These gauges are "calibrated from the factory" and less expensive than others! Woohoo!

Well... they are also incredibly inaccurate, and requires a serious amount of EMS adjustment, unless of course you're using the shit AEM EMS.

Seriously. With Hondata, you have to change the voltage offset for the gauge, for it to read what Hondata is accurately reading. If you're using EvoScan, for Mitsubishi Evolutions, DSMs, or other compatible cars, you have to figure out the correct formula that will make the damn gauge read correctly. Shit is garbage.

Spend the money, and buy a quality part. AEM just doesn't qualify anymore, IMHO.

I would like some nice long range riffle, for 2-300 yard target shooting. Not worried about ammo capacity or anything like that. They are seem $$$ though. I'm hoping to pick up one of those Springfield 9mms in the next month or so. I've got to find out if I can legally purchase a fire arm here in Oregon with my Texas ID.
