Ha ha, you should drive it now with the ball bearing turbo. It gets some nice boost at about 4,000rpm, then at about 5,500 to 6,000 it goes NUTS when the ball bearings take over, and my god, sideways.
I got back in my CRX and kept trying to take the handbrake off. So slow, sooooo slow.

thanx.....my sony xplod 700w 10" sub came today :) sold the kenwood for $10 b/c i dodn't want it......now all i need is an xplod amp and then my while system will be xplod :)

Ballbearings help the turbo to spool... They dont do that much for high end all thoe they are a little more eficiant than the 360 degree thrust bearings, they will burn out 3 times faster.

I hate the godamn rain, I keep going outside to work on my car and its frigin raining... WTF.

ALLMTR and I brought 2 B16A short-blocks over to my place today - he was having a garage clearance and had them lying around - plus picked up a set of the Honda/Enkei JDM 14 inch wheels that were an option on the '88-91 CRX and Civic. Now all I need is a set of Japanese numberplates and I could almost consider stripping the car back to bare metal and doing a full restoration to the condition it was in when it left the showroom floor in Japan.

The thought is getting more and more enticing - especially if I pick up a '74 Datsun 240K hardtop to turn into a JDM 2000GT look alike with SR20DET on board instead of the L24 :)

I have seen a few of those conversions and they are pretty damn convincing... Go for it man!
I got the car to actualy idle today and Im feeling pretty damn good! Going to try and get some work done on it tomorow and see if I cant zap a few codes off the ecu... Althoe, I cant realy get it going till monday when I get my fuel pressure gague so I can see where I am at... I think the colder air is allowing for the idle. >Definatly running rich< Anyone want a set of OBD0 2700 injectors for $200? They work great! (Unless your not turbo charged)

Well, I saw the cleanest OEM honda block I have ever seen in my life! I was over at a local performance shop and they had a typeR (B18C5) that was torn down cause one of the sleeves had cracked (Overbored to 89mm with 11.5:1 endyn pistons) it sucked that there was a cracked sleeve and the guy working there said it made one of the fluidyne radiators expand like a piece of popcorn (Holly crap! Brand new sleeve cracks and you blow up a $500 radiator, thats a realy shitty day) anyway, I couldnt see one microbe of dirt on that engine or transmition and it was buitifull!

i started a new project 2 days ago :banghead: one day we were at home depot and my spoiled brat....i mean little princess saw the display for this bedroom color scheme http://disney.go.com/disneyhome/princess/paint.html

ahh hell naw i'm not using 8 different colors! what i did do was get the ceiling, top wall, bottom wall, and white. also got moldings for the floor, middle of wall (where the 2 colors meet), and 1/4 round for the top of wall. there is a sink in her room so i painted that (it's cabinet, not the actual sink :thefinger ) and her desk the blue and pink. we had stamped glow in the dark stars before....so guess what? but this time i also have a rocketship, spaceship, and atom from the BuzzLight year set...oh yea, and a moon. those i only did 6 each. i also have 2 different star stamps. i'm in the process of doing up the stars. going to take me forever to finish, DOH! i almost forgot, i still have to do the stencil over the molding in the middle of the room

Intended to pull the ol' DX engine out today, but I couldn't for the life of me get the axles out of the transmission... can't for the life of me figure out why they wouldn't come.

Ah well... I'll figure it out eventually.

Scares me being under that car of mine though... I end up thinking to myself "I've been driving this car in this condition??" looking at all the parts that seem to have been on their way to breaking or coming off all together... for instance, the front drivers side rotor was just about ready to come off, with one of the screws that hold it on, missing, and the other well on it's way to shaking out...

your rotors are held on by your rim, dont trip on the lil screws they are mostly there so u can screw them in the lil holes next to it to take off the rotor

He then pushed me with poth hands so I grabed him like a little rag doll and put him in a head lock untill he almost passed out, but something made me let him go, I dont know why I let go I was just going to choke him untill he passed out... He called me a punk ass little bitch and I wanted to kill his ass, but I couldnt... Why did I hessitate? Why didnt I just fuck him up on the spot? I dont know, maybe someone here who has gone through some similar situation can give me a pointer.
