how many people here have changed a coil on the side of the road?? i had to do that tonight, driving along, all of a sudden i goto gas it and i hear it sucking in thru the intake. sitting in a turning lane with a dead car isnt fun, thankfully noone was behind me turning too, as soon as it was clear i hop out and start pushing it around the corner onto the side street.... which thankfully my cousin lives on, they stopped by to see me and see if i needed help, told them i'd be fine but might need a ride home depending on the problem, (first thought was the rotor melted.) so Bubba stays behind and chills with me while i look at whats going on. pull the cap off and the pin that goes in the coil melted off, (i'll get pics later) so... bubba drives me to my place, get my old dizzy from the d15b2 and come back, toss my old cap on (from the d15b2) and try it again, no dice, so out comes the whole dizzy on the side of the road, and start tearing it down replace it, by this time i had the stereo on for some music to listen too... VERY BAD IDEA! goto put the dizzy back in and got one HELL of a shock! so i know the coil works now lol. get everything together, fire it up and i'm a happy ass camper :)

the good news...the mazda is gone (sold it on ebay)...and i'm back in the family again :thumbsup: got a 90 burgundy 4dr lx...itz an auto and will be my work car...

home improvements starting up...estimate about $12,000 in home improvment than need to be done...so i guess i wanted a home so bad i got what i asked for and more :p

but that's about it on my end...be spending more time on this forum again...and i haven't talked to civicjim, but i see him on messanger all the time

I got a new job workin' with my g/f at a greenhouse here..it's pretty cool, and I'm gonna be working there about 45-60 hours a week so i won't be around AF as often as i am now..but, I'm glad cause I'm finally gonna have some good money coming in and stop this broke ass downfall I've been on for about 2 years now. :)

my mother fucking starter puked on me tonight! i'm fucking pissed, got it like 3 months ago and it has a 5 year fricken warranty! :banghead:

we got a starter for the caprice and found out it was bad...after it sat for about 3 weeks b/c we couldn't find what was wrong with it

i worked in a green house for the City of Raleigh and worked at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens...best expericence i've ever had...but working in certain types of greenhouses can give u the creeps...like the ones that have plants everywhere and u have to go under tables to get plants

and about being on broke ass downfalls...finially making 4 figures every 2 weeks...love my job :D
