Actually, the more I think about it, the more I think I'm going to get a CF hood. I think the hood looks good black like that, and I figure carbon fiber should look that much better.

I got some bad news and some good news for everyone....

The Bad news... I'm probably not going to be working on my 91 Civic much longer... I'm probably going to end up swapping a SOHC ZC engine back into it and selling it to my brother.

The reason for this leads me to the good news.

I was out car shopping with a friend of mine today (he was looking for a Civic in good condition, and took me along as his advisor... since he doesn't know anything about Hondas, really) And just to waste some time, we stopped in at a Honda dealership to look at some S2000's.. just for fun...
Well... parked in the used car section was a 1997 Purple Civic hatchback DX... absolutely my dream car! I told my friend "Holy shit dude, I'm going to buy that today!"
Sure enough, I talked the dealer down from 10k+ to just over 6k, and said "I'll take it!"
It's the stock honda purple color, has buddy club rear and side skirts, and black widow front bumper, a dent on the hood, just over 60,000 miles on it, ran perfect, good clutch....... two rockford fostgate 12" subs, one fosgate amp for them, a two jensen amps for the highs, panasonic cd player, and flip down 7" screen with DVD changer in the glove box... spotless interior, white face gauges, and autometer tach.... only engine mods are a short ram intake, and greddy cat back ehaust.

I am sooooooo stoked!

Performance doesn't encourage me at this time... fuel economy is what I'm going to be concerned with for a while.... however, after I get it paid for (probably by February), I'll probably be looking around for a turbo for it.

they are sill covers i suppose, they look nice though and stop it from rotting, my VT has NO rust on the sills and thats in the UK!!!!
