speaking of po po, I just got another warning. I came around a curve and he was sitting at the road waiting to pull out, was doing about 15 over but I guess I slowed down enough before he looked over, he lit um up and gave me a warning for no front plates and no brake lights... got home the fuse was blown, probably got water in it when it rained other day.

I flew by a cop last night doing 20 over. He looked at me funny, and just sat there.... I guess my T-Bird's appearance is rather confusing. It's white, with dark tint, and a CB antenna on the back... I love my "Whitey"!

ive only been pulled over once and it was for my stereo bein too loud. I just laughed at him and he walked back to his car and i turned it back on. Ive drug on a cop once and i didnt even get pulled over that was cool

you can find them pretty cheep where I live, people buy them and then something goes wrong and they find out how much parts cost for them and just buy a new car lol

I want to open up a brake shop, I could live nice doing 4-5 brake jobs a day, $120, 40 of its parts the rest is just labor. Do 5 a day and that would be $400

Yeh bmw parts are expensive. I think opening up a brake shop is a good idea.

I have three acers of land in a good location that I'v been wanting to build a body shop on, just havnt had the money to build it.

I'm so fucking excited, just finished de-denting my passengers side quarter pannel, now all thats left is some hail damage on the roof and my civics body will be completely finished, besides molding in the side skirts. I got my paint scheme all drew up about an hour ago. Must have gone though 30 differnt designs the past few months then I was sitting there and it came to me what I wanted. 99% sure I'm going with black/black ice perl with crimson red (pearls undecided) graphics.

Speaking of coming up with shit, I think I'v figured out a way to tie my e-brake into my shifter, make it a little lever like from a bike, without a locking macinism. Powerslide without taking your hand off the shifter or the steering wheel baby!

I just baught enough socket rails for all my sockets, got them all transfered from my tool box to the rails then got the rails all organized and hung on the wall. that took a while. By the way craftsman has there socket rails on sale for 2 for 2.49 on all sizes (1/2 3/8 1/4). There normally $5 each. Plus you get an extra $10 off that if your in craftsman club. I saved almost $100. They gave me a $5 cupon so I picked up one of the new craftsman folding utility knifes (box cutter). I'v got to say that I'll probably buy a few more and throw all my old ones away, I'm pretty impressed with it.

so yea, some punk pulled up next to me in an accord lastnight with an exhaust and it was lowered, he sat there trying to race me so i said wut the hell, he downshifted to 2nd and i just nailed it in 3rd and pulled on him big time :evillol: i love the ZC :D i think the guy was suprised cuz he raced me when i had the d15 and i barely kept up with him so i guess he sucks ass at driving too hahah ah well, it was fun :) car fuckin flies tho thats all i gotta say :D

hahah this thread is dying its only like 5 of us who post here now lol

so i got my new brake conversion on friday and got a mate to fit them on saterday and sunday along with a new cv joint

the brakes went on fine , the cv joint was for an abs model but my mate thought it was the right one as the brake conversion bits are a bit mish mash (rover 600 calipers and MG ZS discs) so the cv joint may have been ...anyway he put on the joint and he said it seemed to fit fine, put it all together, took it around the block FINE

then he calls me to tell me its done, so i pick it up take it out of the drive and BANG, i instantly put it in neutral and slam on the brakes but the end of the driveshaft was already mullered , we tried filing the grooves but the whole shaft is fubar

how pissed off am i, the car shop didnt even ask if i had ABS they just gave me a joint for a Civic with ABS and i completely forgot about it

so now i have to buy a whole new driveshaft from a breakers

on the good side the brakes seemed better
