ouch, that's not good, i'm used to alot of pain since i skateboard everyday. haha. anyway....i just installed a remote start system on my car! its so cool. i can also flash and turn on my headlights with the transmittor, and i can honk the horn and i have a panic button on it too. i just dont know which wire is the horn wire that i should hook my receiver up to. ahhhhhhhh, i dont know if i need a relay or what.

If it's the kind where it starts up your car, how did you do it. I mean, I thought they were only available for like Auto's. And besides, the 89-91 has a clutch switch that only allows the car to start if the clutch is pushed in. I'm confused.

well......the clutch interlock switch can only be taken off if u close circuit the two wires that are connected to the switch. it took me forever to find the switch until i realized it was chilling just out of site on this copper rod just above the clutch arm. and yea, my auto start system is made for an automatic......any made for the manual are the exact same thing except they have some clutch bypass circuit thing along with a sensor that shuts off the car if the ebrake is disengaged. and another difference between the two is that i got mine for 30 bux and i've seen ones for manuals running around 200-300 bux. wow, haha

Found out today that it's gonna cost me 181.58 cents for a tune-up. The list so far is:
- Front tranny mount
- Front Rotors
- O2 sensor
- Valve gasket/spark plug tube seals
- PCV valve
Hopefully that should make my civ happy!

I like it when people actually take the time to mold the parts of the body kit with the body. It looks so much cleaner. I actually saw a pic of a focus where there were no lines on the car at all, but everything was molded. It was tite!

the only thing i'm trying to do is get a hood, probably these lights
http://images.channeladvisor.com/Sell/SSProfiles/30057037/Images/00-02FfocusBlkProj_ks.jpg
and if i can find one, a decent stock looking spoiler like this
http://i16.ebayimg.com/03/i/01/a5/7d/0a_1.JPG
necause it doesn't look right with just a mid wing (which i may get molded in)...and can't forget to take it to the muffler shop to get the cat put back on at the bottom of the car (the cat is generally located in right in front of the engine..connected to what looks like a turbo manifold) and the exhaust welded because he put it on himself...
but that's about it...i have no real plans for this car...when it's payed off i may trade it in or sell it on ebay, if the wife says i can

my side skirts will be molded when I get them finished, the back filler piece above the bumper is molded, the roof gutters are filled flush, and I have my body line where it fades into the fenderwell insted of going strait into it and having that awkward gap. I'v got to finsih my shit and get some pictures.

my back filler piece is moulded to the bumper, just havent sanded it yet, and the filler piece between the tail lights it shaved, gonna mould my skirts in when i finish them, only have the passenger side started, only have one layer of fiberglass on it so far, dunno how its gonna turn out but meh, we'll see, thinking of making a scoop for my car tho, nothing huge, just like the cam bump only it has a hole in it... and its on the passenger side of the car lol, i'm also gonna prolly make a timing belt bump too for my car :)

I was talking about my 88 hatch.
derek, it sounds too late now but if you make both sides at once its much easyer than trying to match them after one is finished. You should do like a cam bump on each side with a vent, and atleast one of them will be fuctional. heh. Symetrical is allways good.
