As someone who is not a fan of the Beatles (would not even have known this was a remake) I can say its not that bad, for that genre. But I can see exactly where you are coming from.

I wander what people are more offended by- by remakes by rock bands where they are taking the song and replaying it with actual instruments and singing, maybe changing it up a little to fit their bands profile, or are people more offended by someone who would have taken the original and remixed it and sampled it into a new song, something.... dubsteppy.

Yup, it took me months of looking, and 3 artists drawing up stuff before I found the girl I go to. Definitely worth the wait. You can probably have someone better clean it up though. Post up some pictures.

So there is still a little bit of scabbing on the middle piece, but its mostly cleared.

I think it looks pretty good.

I hate the prices on smaller tattoos like that, I feel like once you get into the "by the hour" pieces you actually get a much better deal. While I was in the shop last time two 18 year old lezzies came in wanting tiny little dime sized crosses on their shoulders. She literally sat down for 3 minutes with each of them, then took $300 (150 each minimum shop charge). After they left we joked about it, she said said "hey, those jobs are what pay the bills"

A few hours later while I was handing her stacks of cash I figured that probably helped pay some bills too....

The original rendition of the demon was better but he didnt do an all around horrible job on it. The tri-blade/gay pride/flux capacitor is where he did his worst work. The outline is uneven and he got sloppy filling in the dark of the middle and the indentations around the edge.

Plus the shop I go to, if you keep regular appointments like that, they offer pretty awesome Christmas discounts to loyal customers :licka:
