i want to buy a 360, but im sure it will just end up with my xbox in the closet collecting dust... guess im just stuck with my snes

all my old systems collect dust but I cant bare to get rid of them.. i play alot of 360, decent amount of wii and ds, ps2 kinda regularly as my housemate has it upstairs currently. my nes, snes, n64, gameboy, gba sp, gamecube, xbox, genesis, sega master system, atari 2600 and 5200, psp, and dreamcast just sit in a cabinet..

i miss my 2600..probly had about 70 games for that thing since you could go to odd lots and get them for a dollar after the nintendos came out..

got the jetta last night..ill get some pics today!!

It's been raining all freaking day here. My mom put out a short bucket (about 4" deep, 13" long, & 6"-7" wide) on the back deck today to catch some rain water for the indoor plants. I just went out there and there's about 3" of water in there. If I had been smarter, I would have gone out on the back porch all day instead of standing out in the back yard getting wet all day...but I'm not.

first things first, have to RE-DO to MPFI swap, then install the header on it, since the BRAND NEW FULLY WELDED MANDREL CUSTOM EXHAUST IS BAD *AGAIN*... fscking douches that can't weld...

list of first run mods when I get the cash around include:
ZC DOHC engine,
Mazda 626 turbo w/ FMIC (not sure which one, something stock on another vehicle)
Muffler and reso from a '98 eclipse (yes, it's a crime, but it's pretty well free flowing for a 4 cylinder, and it's not ricey loud.. just a nice quiet tone.)
HF transmission (don't ask, but I already have it)
DSM 450 injectors (already have 20 of those... swiped them from junkyards whenever I see them.)
That's about it for now... other than the CRX dash/cluster and center console.

All of this will cost me a total of about $1200... then some minor front end fixing, which will occur when I do the Si-R swap.

dude i never thought to look for injectors..good idea..i always stock up on fuses and random latches..

the vw is great..the engine light is on..gotta take it back to autozone to have them turn it off..we took it there before and they said it needed new plugs..but it rides so nice..gotta charge my batteries on my camera..ill get to it today..but its a little dirty..

Dude where do you find turbo dsm's all the time? I havent seen one junked yet! About 4 non turbos in the last month but those injectors are tiny no? If you really do have the 450's Id like to buy some of them off ya VERY soon, ok well in the next month lol.

I also have the "other" injectors.. the ones that aren't 450's but ARE dual spray.

I used to go to Pick-A-Part alot.. in HorseHeads NY. I haven't found them in awhile, most "tuners" are gobbling up the parts for cash quick.

Non-Turbo DSM's are 270cc (I think) they're still higher flowrate than Honda stocks, and usually better for N/A or light turbo apps on honda's. I even gank those usually, just b/c I know ppl that need them all the time.

I usually take simple things... fuel rails, injectors, small pieces of stuff, bulbs, special connectors and adapters, etc... If you need anything electronic, PM me, I'll see what I can dig up... I'm a computer technician/hobbyist.. and a modder.. so I'll be able to do just about anything...

Including those Custom computer cases that have windows and lights and "blah" in them... but I can do that to your car :D

Well.... done with school but no IS-F to play with there... but at work today we had one of the IS-F prototype cars pull up on the service drive..... it was awesome... the entire dealership stopped what they were doing to come check it out.... the thing is bad ass! Growels like no other V8 I've ever heard... it has 19" wheels with HUGE cross drilled rotors that just barely fit inside them.... of course we popped the hood and pulled the plastic covers off the engine to reveal a 5liter beast covered in wires and brackets and oh my god it's going to be a bitch of a car to work on... but it'll be oh so much fun to test drive!

Weird looking bike. Is that a "cruiser" bike? I think that's what they used to call the old bmx bikes that had larger tires than your average bmx bike. Almost looks like a mountain bike but the slanted main frame bar makes it look like a small female mountain bike... haha.

I thought about getting a bmx bike. I watch that shit sometimes on Fueltv and it reminds me of when I was a kid and could do wheelies around the block, while sitting down and spinning the handlebars. I never did tail whips or back flips in the air though... haha.

i was looking at a cruiser, was supposed to meet the guy tomorrow to pick it up until i came across this...it's for dirt jumping, but at $200 i wasn't going to pass it up, and unlike the cruiser, it weighs more, has a fork and disc brakes, and uses 26" tires..besides, cruisers are way expensive, too me anyways...the old school ones cost +$400...seen some up to $2000

Holy crap! That brought back some memories. I used to could do just about all of those flat land freestyle tricks... lawnmowers, cherry pickers, miami hoppers, those stand still style tricks as well as the Christ surfer trick where you put your feet around the seat post and balance standing up straight. I was king at that. I had a GT Dyno Detour with mag wheels. I kept it for years and finally just threw it in the dump. The forks were bent and it had 2 flat tires. I still remember how the forks bent. If you recall the Dyno/GT bikes used to have flared forks but mine flared a little too much because I started getting into bmx jumping and I would go for height but wasn't quite strong or ballsy enough to clear the flat part of the jumps to make it all the way to the landing ramp so I bent the forks pulling 360 table tops or some shit. Notice how on those bikes the seats are up higher than the way the bmxers rock them today. This is because back then we used to balance the bike by using the handlebars and seat. Of course, they don't ride like that anymore. We never contemplated sliding down railings on our pegs; although we jumped stairs quite often. Eventually, I gave it up for skateboarding.

my son has a GT, i showed him that clip and he stood there with his mouth open...i think the only thing i could do was the bunny hop...but then again i never owned a bmx bike, just a 10 speed

I thought about getting a mongoose bmx bike from like Wal-Mart or something just for the hell of it. I'll never forget my first bmx bike... Diamondback. It got stolen outside of some small drug store while I was inside playing an arcade game while being distracted by a couple of young whores. This was when I was like 10-11 in NJ. Maybe that's why I never liked playing arcade games.
