So, I got the rim welded.. it's perfect.. only one problem.. when the fucktard at sears took the tire off, he popped a few cords in the sidewall... they remounted it, and it's got bubbles in the sides.. I was going to run it anyway, but as I was putting them on, I realised that I had two right rear tires.. they mounted the fucker backwards too... AND IT'S MARKED.
So basically, I'm pimpin on 3 16's and 1 13... until I get two new tires. b/c I have to replace the one they fucked up, then I have one more to replace too, that's just got camber wear.
Thankfully, wifey's father knows a place that I can get two tires for $50 used, with 75% or better tread... so I'll get the two, put them on the back, and call it a weekend.

IDIOT SIGHTING:
We had to have the garage door repaired. The Sears repairman told us
that one of our problems was that we did not have a "large" enough motor
on the opener. I thought for a minute, and said that we had the largest
one Sears made at that time, a 1/2 horsepower. He shook his head and
said, "Lady, you need a 1/4 horsepower." I responded that 1/2 was larger
than 1/4. He said, "NO, it's not." Four is larger than two.."
We haven't used Sears repair since.

My daughter and I went through the McDonald's take-out window and I
gave the clerk a $5 bill. Our total was $4.25, so I also handed her a
quarter. She said, "you gave me too much money." I said, "Yes I know,
but this way you can just give me a dollar bill back." She sighed and
went to get the manager who asked me to repeat my request. I did so,
and he handed me back the quarter, and said "We're sorry but they could
not do that kind of thing." The clerk then proceeded to give me back $1
and 75 cents in change.

AHHHH! I hate computers...and electronics in general. I swear it seems like I have more problems with my computer than anyone I've ever known. My first computer, monitor, and TV all took a sh*t within a year of each other. The next TV I bought was completely cracked open when I brought it home; I was stupid not to check it out before leaving the store. But they gave me a brand new one that night. I bought this stupid piece of sh*t Dell a few years ago, and have had nothing but problems. First my DVD burner stopped burning disks; it still worked as a regular cd drive. Then one of my PCI slots stopped recognizing my sound card out of the blue, so I moved it to a different slot. My PS2 took a huge crap with the DRE problem, and I ended up breaking a cable connection on the mother board when I tried to put it back together. I took out my processor to give my computer the cleaning of a lifetime, and put it back in wrong (big freaking oops). Those 2 were obviously were my own fault. Got a 2nd PS2 that apparently had a crack in the mother board, so it would only play a few games. Recently my newish monitor, from Dell, has one of the buttons f'd up so I get a message across my screen constantly. And today, my sound card decides that the PCI slot it's in now, isn't good enough for it so it won't work. I just got done switching to a different slot, and only the left speaker works. The damn thing was cranking out tunes just this afternoon with no problem. I'm thinking about just using the damn on-board audio instead of this card; it's old anyways. But what I really want to do is save up like $500-600 and build my own computer. I've got a year old video card & power supply, a couple months old DVD burner, and 2 hard drives. But if I do...Linux here I come.

I can't make sears pay for the tire, b/c I can't prove that they popped it... there was no work order for them to take it off the rim, and tha'ts when it happened.
I should however call and complain about the scratches left in the rim by the tire machine b.c hte douche was too stupid to put rags on the cleats...
In fact, I will call and complain monday, since the customer service person wanted to argue with me about whether or not a "customer" would want his tire balanced when it was obviously bad. (bubbles in the sidewall.)
That in addition to the bad tire now, since the douche can't understand that the bead of the tire must be \OFF\ the bead of the rim to remove it.. also in addition to the marking on my basically irreplaceable rim (BTW, it's ELYSEE model, by konig) 16x7.5
So maybe I will call and bitch up a storm about it.
Also, it doesn't cost 500-600 to build a computer anymore, get a barebones kit from newegg or tiger for $299.

Also, it doesn't cost 500-600 to build a computer anymore, get a barebones kit from newegg or tiger for $299. True, but I want something I won't have to really upgrade any time soon, but also one that I can easily upgrade when I have more $. Get at least 2 gigs of ram, a good motherboard with enough PCI slots for my current stuff (firewire card if it doesn't come with a built in port) & future upgrades (mostly a sound card & a tv tuner card) as well as compatibility with a better processor down the line. I was almost S.O.L. when I destroyed my last processor for this current computer, because they don't make these processors any more (weird older P4 H-T). Took my dad a month or 2 to track down a replacement one for me. So I just want something that will more than handle what I want to throw at it, and not have to be ticket off that I bought something that is beyond outdated (because it will be somewhat outdated the second I buy the parts).

I still run a slot processor.... K7-750 Slot A. And it runs faster on XP than most "Bought from the mfgr" computers... most of it is knowing the limits and setting it up to run right.
My wife and I watch movies on the thing all the time, no skips or anything.
I ran a math iteration program on it for 4 days straight, while watching movies every night that week w/ her, and it still didn't skip... idea was to have the iterator running on less priority than anything else, so when something else came on, it would use less clock time.. the older your stuff is, the more you have to learn to "tell it what to do", otherwise, you can't expect it to just know what you want to run best and what doesn't need so much speed.
If you want something for future upgrades, get a board that takes DDR2 or DDR3 (yes, it's ready to come out) At least 3 PCI-e slots, in case you ever want SLI or CrossFire config.
You'll want something w/ at least SATA 2.0 and USB 2.0/3.0 compat.
Most everything will have firewire onboard, or at least a pinheader for a firewire extension port.
You want at least 6-8 USB's, at least one of which has to be a pinheader for a front set. (that makes 2-3 sets in the back, and at least one set upfront)
You already have most of the other stuff you need, unless you want a DVD burner or something else, but they're only $65 for decent ones.
Seriously, with all those specs, and a decent gaming case, you're still only looking at $400 if you start w/ a barebone.
Even less if you start w/ a barebone bundle that comes w/ a decent Vid card already.

I just got back from seeing one of the greatest bands alive...Down. My friend bought me a ticket, so we went up to Buffalo. It was a 2.5 hour trip from here (going the speed limit), but it was worth it. Hell, we drove all the way up to Ottawa to see them, heaven & hell (black sabbath w/Dio), and Megadeth play last March. But for anyone who likes rock, sothern rock, stoner metal, moving into the metal realm a little; you should definitely check them out. Not their new album though, it kind of sucks.
