guys.. I am in need of an opionion.. so I have my 99 eclipse spyder with a rebuilt restored title.. (cause it was stollen and recovered) and I have a guy that called me today that wants to trade for a 94 3000gt sl manual with 121k on it.. what do you guys think? I want 3500 bucks.. do any of you want a 3000gt for that? haha

now obviously the spyder wouldnt have a clean title...but cant u bring the title for the car to the dmv and get it changed to utah active instead of rebuilt/restored.
my 79 924 was a salvage title i just spent 35 bucks and changed it over to NJ active

neways...what's better without a biased opinion the 99 vr4 or the 96 rt/tt? in terms of potential gaining value.
more people would go after the vr4 cause of looks but the stealth tt there were only 57 of em built that yr. so it's looks or rarity. based on barrett-jackson its the rarity that wins out with muscle cars. but that's just my opinion...wat's everyone else's?

I think the 99 VR4 because from what I have heard people like how they look better, and are easily distinguishable from any other 3/s. Though they are not as rare, I think there is more of a demand for the 99 VR4.

As badass as the 99VR4 is, the 96TT is just amazing. Rarity FTW.

Honestly, 20 years from now I think the 99vr4 will be much more sought after, it will be very rare then also, and with the 99 year i bet people will be wanting it, its one year before the millenium and people will want it for that also. not too mention that the spoiler on the stealth looks unatural at best lol.

Ah, I just finished washing the Stealth, changing the shifter knob, changing the shifter and e-brake boots, adding emblems, and washed the wheels on the GTC.

Man I'm pooped. Now I need to detail the poor thing tomorrow.

actually i knew both of those(yey i feel so smart). but i said 99 vr4 because it's from what i've seen is more sought after. and based on the fact that i saw a 99 vr4 a few wks ago, and a 98...the 99 stood out more so than the 98.
i like the stealth's spoiler...it's different(kinda the reason i liked my gtr, rhd=different). i will say tho after having seen hot3000's gt for a few wks in person...i think my next 3s is gonna b a vr4. but i'll always have my beloved stealth

no i have a garage. it's just occupied by my dad's 67 buick and my moms convertable. so my stealth and porsche sit in the turn around and my dad olds sits in front of his garage.
when i first got the S it was in my moms garage...then winter came.

so since i have no lisence and nothing to really do i decided to have a fire in the fireplace out in the front yard.
so i started gathering the starter wood that i use(mostly dead weeds) and some vine(lights well and holds it for what seems like forever). after about 5mins of having it going. i went to put a log in and another one moved. an explosion of fire burst up from below the log that moved, and hit my left hand(that's right i'm backwards, i'm a lefty) i ran inside and ran it under cold water for like 4mins or so. i took it out from under it and dried it up and put some burn cream on it(not my first burn...last yr was a bitch). it had turned red and i had blisters on it.
i went back out and continued with my fire...nothing deters me...other than a very large bear laying down who stares right at u wen u walk behind it.
it's only 2:20pm and i've already had a fun filled day. next stop...playin a lil red alert: comand and conquer or the age of empires 2

One of the alabama fans at gameday when we played Georgia a couple of weeks ago, made a sign about chuck norris and nick saban. I laughed really hard. I wish I could remember what it said.

Of course, I do remember a couple of signs like

"Superman wears Nick Saban pajamas"
"Auburn is as cool as a phanny pack"
"Don't worry Auburn, things could be worse . . . ND"

I just remember there were some very innappropriate signs there, Chris Fowler on ESPN gameday turned to us during the commercial break and said that we had set a record for most confiscated signs.

u want the order of events for the day
9:15 ish: wake up
9:16 ish: decide i want to sleep a lil more
10ish: i wake up
1030: take shower
1102: get out of bathroom(no i didnt take a 30min shower)
12: decide it's sunny out i'll vacuum the interior
1: i finish up the stealth and put it in my moms garage
1:15ish: decide to make fire
1:30ish: make first fire(it shortly there after burns out)
1:45ish: stumble upon a bear(i guess it was sleeping but he/she woke up and i ran like an olympian)
2ish: i get my second fire going
a little later: go to put new log in and burn my left hand in doing so
later than that: went to pick up a log from the woods to the side of my house(south woods if u want directions) and i get bit by a snake
later than that: i mark the bite with pen circles to c if it gets infected
after all this: go back to tending to my fire...that's still going
6pm: my mom gets home along with my dad...fires out, i move the stealth back outside and forget the car cover
7pm: it starts raining...i get pissed
8pm: idk...i talked to hot3000
9pm: i watched house m.d
10pm: i watched law and order svu
11pm: started typing this list and above mentioned
1130pm: go to bed

seriously, quit actin like a baby, i mean damn. anyways, what are you guys up to this weekend? I was considering making a trip to Northern VA to go meet up with some guy friends for this paintball scenario. I havent been paintballin in foreverrrr but it was hella fun when i went last time. Though I had many bruises to show for it too haha. Those damn paintballs they make you buy dont freakin break and they hurt like a mofo. lol though i may just be senstitive :p But we all came out with some nice welts at the end of the day. Anywho, Im gonna try and sell my car in Puerto Rico. I talked to an uncle of mine who said my car would prollly go for about 5700 down there. I checked kbb and even with the miles on the car "fair" condition (which mine is not in fair condition) was like 5600. Got a quote to ship the car to Puerto Rico for like 550 bucks. So we'll see how that goes.

A buddy of mine stopped by my new place on his way back to NY from SoCal. sunday we swung down to mexico...ended up getting pulled over and bribing the mexican police lol....then getting hammered of course. got hassled getting back into the US...they tore apart my wifes car pretty good.

so anyways over the last 5 days we've gone through more than 100 beers lol.

so i just got done with a kickass 5-day weekend. A buddy of mine stopped by my new place on his way back to NY from SoCal. sunday we swung down to mexico...ended up getting pulled over and bribing the mexican police lol....then getting hammered of course. got hassled getting back into the US...they tore apart my wifes car pretty good.

Saving gas is always a plus! I live near Newport News VA and its about a 2 1/2 hr drive to my gf's school, not that bad, but think about the gas compounded with multiple trips!:eek: its worth it though.

Bah, I hate having to drive 30 miles for a woman. :lol:
