what about using anodized paint for the door sills? that would stand out than standard if you ask me. i've always liked anything anodized.. egh that sounds so ricer-ish, but true.

Hey guys and (girl?) just wanted to remind you with winter coming in, to drive safe. Don't make the mistake I did and put too much faith in your car (even if it's AWD). I hit some ice on the highway, went sideways, hit a rut from a plow as I was correcting it and put hte car into a spin, ended up playing pinball with some guardrails, in the Subaru yesterday and it's probably gonna get totaled out due to body damage. I'm fine, but it's one more thing I really didn't need to deal with right now.

Just wanted to remind you guys to check your tires and don't get over-confident the first snow storm of the year.

Know all too well about that. I got the TSI out of shape a few times last winter.

At least you are ok, and it wasnt the VR4.. Sorry I had to add that. :D

And disable your ABS!!!

I was being careful last year and still managed to get into a fight with a curb. Granted my tires were in bad shape, my fault for not looking, but the ABS shouldn't have kicked in. I could have managed had it stayed out of it. Needless to say, most of you know I lost on that one.

Anyhow, I did get some new tires and wheels out of the deal and I killed the ABS. That shouldn't happen again this year.

august:sell neon/buy 944, great month overall
sept: burn 944 clutch, repair ecu
oct: loose lisence again
nov: 944 still in shop
dec: get 944 back, burn stealth clutch, hit tree with stealth, dad hits deer with oldsmobile(today), both front tires on stealth go flat, month's not over yet

1985 Dodge Daytona TBI - First car, all raging 93HP!!! Transmission started slipping. Sold for $950.
1984 AMC Jeep Wagoneer - Threw a rod. Sold to the junk yard for $50.
1989 Chrysler LeBaron GTC TII - Totaled in a head on with a Nissan Pathfinder.
1994 Eagle Vision TSi - Wasn't bad for a boat but it had to go. Sold for $2,300.
1990 Chrysler LeBaron GTC TIV - Bought as a project car. Too far gone to save IMO. Sold for $400 to buy another GTC.
1989 Chrysler LeBaron GTC TII - This is my current project car. Drove it all the way to Utah from Ohio.
1998 Chrysler Sebring LXi - This is what I replaced the Vision with. Handled great but had no balls. Got tired of being beaten by scooters. Sold for $5,500.
1991 Dodge Stealth R/T TT - My current DD but I still buy it crap like it's a project car. Shipped it here from Michigan.

1997 Mitsubishi 3000GT- 30,000 miles later and it's a maintenence nightmare><

1993 Mazda 626- Crappy old car, but at least it was free :)

1991 Mazda RX-7 GXL- Still sitting in front of my dads house, needs a shit-ton of body work and suspension work, but at least the engine only has 35K on it

1979 porsche 924: less balls than the neon, rwd, got hit by 18wheeler when both tranny and parking brake went, sold for 50 bucks....woot
1992 stealth tt: 2x as many balls as previous cars(even more than 2x), awd, other than maintanence that i knew was coming, no compliants, paid 8700...still owned
1987 porsche 944: paid 3g, odometer doesn't work, good on gas, not tonnes of power, but rwd and fun as hell in the snow. not selling untill i can replace it with a 951

total: 4...thought bout selling both my cars and leasing a bmw...then i relized i'm financially f'd for the next couple yrs

If you're both verified then PayPal is safer. Plus they don't have you checking account number.

Def go paypal, Not that it will be easy to get your money back (you can put a stop payment on a check for $10 at most banks) but you really dont want to be giving out your account or even your routing number to strangers, paypal keeps it simple so you dont need to worry about identity theft. just always look at any paypal links you go to and make sure it starts with www.paypal.com (http://www.paypal.com) and not some derivitive of it, people were making false paypal sites to get account numbers about a year ago.

I guess Mr. Luos and Polygon have now said that, that list is more of a wishlist of cars they want on there. However, it sounds like even after buying GT5, you will be able download new cars from time to time on your PS3 for the GT5 after they have reached completetion.

Not really, the LeSabre was a tough sob. I accidentally threw it in reverse going 55 and the front wheels locked up so I quick put it back in drive and nothing was broken surprisingly. And the funny thing is, you are right Blink, the 3800 LeSabre's had some get up and go. :lol:

BTW, the ford Taurus is the worst car Ive ever driven. It had a v6 but with less power than any 4 cylinder ive driven, so extra gas for no reason. On top of that, it DOESN'T TURN!!!! Grad school, big projects at work, football games, trying to get stuff done around the house, and the ladies all have played a factor on staying busy. I'm hoping to find a couple of days after christmas to continue the work on my car.

In ecomics, you learn the logistics, laws, and functions of economics. In microeconomics case, you learn about these types of things in a more broken down close up look on specific groups, unions, corps, etc. You don't look at what the economy is doing now. And after are all the studying I have done as of recient, I am in no mood to talk econ....sorry.

i dont go to college so studying to me has become, learning how a car reacts in different situations on a track or in weather or just daily driving situations.

I want to fucking chop my managers fucking balls off!!! ahhh I fucking come over to the mitsu dealership to sell car parts.. they picked me cause I am freakin good at what I do.. witch is selling car parts.. I get there learn the system takes me about 2 months to really get the hang of it.. and I go at it.. I sell more then 3 times the parts as the guy I replaced did I sell online I sell in person I sell over the fuckin phone.. my three month review comes up and It is the worst review I have ever had in my fuckin life.. ??? WTF I am making this dealership tunZ of monney and you are pissed cause I "dont work well with the other emplyees??" are you freaking kidding!! What does he want me to do suck um off durring lunch?? I mean the hispanic guys are teachin me spanish and the off road guys invited me dirt biking and I went.. i mean really WTF.. and thats just the start of it.. I got hired to sell car parts.... I dont get the tec's there parts fast enuff I dont anwer the phone fast enuff I dont sweep the back room!! I dont do Stock orders fast enuff.. WTF man I if I am on the phone and there is someone on hold for parts and two tecs need there freakin parts of course it is going to take me a minut or two.. He fucking bitches at me wile he looks up parts for his motorcylce on fucking ebay and looks for parts for his lawn mower!! so what the fuck I get faster I get better and I am friendlyer with the other employees.... I do his job and my job.. in october I grossed the the dealership 38,000 my freakin self! at a 41% profit!! THAT IS FUCKIN REDICULOUS!!!! so I made the dealership 15,500 bucks proffit!! my manager sold 7k and had a 38 % profit margin.. november rolls around and my 6 mounth review comes up.. I am stocked right.. I made the dealership tons of money!! the review was worse then the first one!! I am not stocking the shelves and I am not sweeping and I am not righting where I got the parts from?? What the fuck I sold it I got the money and It's done! you dont need to know where I got the fuckin parts from! I say fuck it and dont try at all in november I still made just under double what my manager made the company.. this month I orderd tires for an X employee from discount tire they were sopose to be COD and he was going to pay when they got there.. they just charged them to out account.. so I told him I would only mark it up 5% (minimum aloud is 10%) the tires where 200 each.. so 800 bucks and the 5% ($40) mark up I did.. first off rick (my manager) marks stuff all the time at whatever he wants.. but he finds out I did that and I told him why and he freaks out.. I said he is going to charge it to my account.. I laugh cause I am so pissed I don't know what else to do and say ok man charge away and I leave.. oh He also takes a first and second lunch brake.. and just disapears for an hour or so aday.. I always forget to clock in.. but it doesnt matter to me.. cause I am paid commision.. not hourly.. anyways today he tells me there not going to pay me for the days I don't clock in.. I laugh and say oh yeah.. how is that going to work? so he tells me that there just not going to pay cause I dont have proff that I was at work... I was like your fuckin stupid.. I am not hourly.. I am commission.. If I sell somthing.. that means I was fuckin here... and so he comes up with this crazy plan to not pay me.. I just look at him.. laugh and leave..
