lol. According to our buddy Wylie from Canada they have an illegal problem. Probably a bunch of Americans that can't stand living the U.S. anymore.

BTW - At least the Canadian coins have value. The peso doesn't have any and we get a bunch of them down South. The guy that complains the most about it owns a bunch of vending machines and do it yourself carwashes.

You guys are funny, hang on to those coins our dollars are becoming pretty close in value.

Actually, Michigan's biggest problem is not Canadian coins, but 1 legal immigrant, Jennifer Granholm. If Chuck Manson ran against her for governor in the next election, I still wouldn't vote for her. She's a real piece of work.

BNaylor

Never heard of her Rich. Liberal Democrat? She's probably like the old hag we had in Texas as Governor before G.W.

Speaking of politics Wylie, hows that new Conservative government up in Canada doing? BTW - What exactly is a Conservative in Canada?

wylie
05-01-2006, 11:39 AM
Conservatives = Republicans in theory but its all a punch of crap it doesn't mean anything any more, it all stands for crooks as far as I concerned.
This new guy's in bed with Bush so who knows what's going to happen now.
We were better of with the last gov.

The last Canadian I had a chat with was jumping up and down the Conservatives became the majority. I heard they were equivalent to our Libertarians. No one is Canada is right wing enough to be a real Conservative as defined in the U.S. BTW - G.W. Bush doesn't count. Still haven't figured out what he is.....duh!

I wouldn't worry about anything unless they are going to deploy more Canadian troops to Iraq which won't happen. You guys make a bunch selling your wheat and grain to Iraq anyways.

BTW - The Canadian Military Academy won the Sandhurst competition at West Point. My son was amazed as to how they performed even though they had long hair and facial hair, etc. Nothing like beating the British at their own game.

I don't think Bush knows what Bush is. Jennifer Granholm is making decisions and passing bills with no clue as to their impact on our economy. Our manufacturing jobs keep going away, and she has done NOTHING to try to stop it. She is enforcing an old law called the Michigan Use Tax that is basically means we have to pay Michigan sales tax on any purchases outside the state of Michigan where no local tax was collected. If you go on vacation to a state with no sales tax and buy souveniers, LEGALLY we are required to claim that and pay Michigan's 6%. This also applies to e-bay, or any on-line purchases. There was a web-site called e-smoke, where people could buy cigarettes cheap. Granholm seized e-smoke's sales records, and sent bills, including a penalty equalling 100% of the Michigan taxes that were not paid by buying these smokes over the internet. My dad is a heavy smoker, and received a bill for $6,000, which if it wasn't paid in 60 days, would have doubled to $12,000. All this while doing nothing to stop our lottery proceeds, which are supposed to go directly to the schools, from going into the general fund and being misappropriated. WHAT A GAL!

the way i look at it, by the time they all get up there, there's no difference. they are the same thing eventually- ex pres. bush and ex pres. clinton are best buddies now- go figure.

Joke of the Day:

The time has finally come...

Men strike back! ! ! ! !

How many men does it take to open a beer?
None. It should be opened when she brings it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Why is a Laundromat! a really bad place to pick up a woman?
Because a woman who can't even afford a washing machine will probably never be able to support you.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do women have smaller feet than men?
It's one of those "evolutionary things" that allows
them to stand closer to the kitchen sink.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
How do you know when a woman is about to say something smart?
When she starts a sentence with "A man once told me."
-------------------------------------------------------------------
How do you fix a woman's watch?
You don't. There is a clock on the oven.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do men fart more than women
Because women can't shut up long enough to
build up the required pressure.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
If your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door, who do you let in first?
The dog, of course. He'll shut up once you let him in.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
What's worse than a Male Chauvinist Pig?
A woman who won't do what she's told.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I married a Miss Right.
I just didn't know her first name was Always.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Scientists have discovered a food that diminishes
a woman's sex drive by 90%.
It's called a Wedding Cake.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do men die before their wives?
They want to.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Women will never be equal to men until they can
walk down the street with a bald head and a beer
Gut, and still think they are sexy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
In the beginning, God created the earth and rested.
Then God created Man and rested.
Then God created Woman.
Since then, neither God nor Man has rested.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Send this to a few good men who need a laugh and
To the select few women who can handle it!

Woman: Would you get married again if I died?
Man: Definitely not!
Woman: Why not -- don't you like being married?
Man: Of course I do.
Woman: Then why wouldn't you remarry?
Man: Okay, I'd get married again.
Woman: You would? (With a hurtful look on her face)
Man: (audible groan)
Woman: Would you sleep with her in our bed?
Man: Where else would we sleep?
Woman: Would you put away my pictures, and replace them with pictures of her?
Man: That would seem like the proper thing to do.
Woman: And would you let her use my golf clubs?
Man: She can't use them -- she's left-handed.
Woman: (silence)
Man: Sh*t.

Maude and Claude, both 91, lived in The Villages, in Florida. They met at the singles club meeting and discovered over time that they enjoyed each other's company. After several weeks of meeting for coffee, Claude asked Maude out for dinner and, much to his delight, she accepted. They had a lovely evening. They dined at the most romantic restaurant in town.

Despite his age, they ended up at his place for an after-dinner drink.
Things continued along a natural course and age being no inhibitor, Maude soon joined Claude for a most enjoyable roll in the hay. As they were basking in the glow of the magic moments they'd shared, each was lost for a time in their own thoughts.....

Claude was thinking: "If I'd known she was a virgin, I'd have been gentler."

Maude was thinking: "If I'd known he could still do it, I'd have taken off my pantyhose."

On the contrary, the soldier, above all other people, prays for peace, for he must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war.

Munich was a good movie. I saw it in the theaters. I should see it again so I can pick up things I miss. I am not a very good visual learner so complicated movies like that require 2-3 viewings for me to completely understand everything and all the messages.

I recently started my patronage with Netflix again. I am a documentary nut and they have a very wide selection. In terms of movies I am trying to get through the 3 hr flick The Longest Day.

I am young at 22 but have a deep appreciation of the older war movies such as A Bridge too Far, McAruthur and Patton. They are much better than the over dramatic, $40 million BS with pyrotechnics and other fake gadgets to keep people's minds occupied.

Speaking of fake gadgets and pure BS, Fast and the Furious III is coming out soon  .

Is is done in quasi documentary style based on so called actual events. Cage..Yuri Orlov narrates the whole thing from how he first got into the arms business to the end.

sorry i diddnt mention before, yeah i premix the gas with oil, just like a weed-wacker of course since its basicly the same engine. i cleaned out the fuel filter on it as best as i could, it was really clogged up with alot of crap. sometimes it wont start and other times it will but if i go to accelerate it just seems like it wants to sputter out, and when i ride it while giving it the gas, it just goes slower then the cruise speed (feels like someone is pulling you back) its direct drive so if i completely stop the engine shuts off. i was considering cleaning out the carburator with some carb cleaner, if not ill jus take it to a local place that works on them near my home, just thought id get kinda an idea of what it could be... maybe something easy that i can fix before spending some money on it.

Mike, many times, small 2 cycle engine carbs get gunked up with oil, especially after setting. The gas in the carb evaporates, and leaves a big oil booger behind. Try taking the carb off and disassembling it, carefully cleaning all the smal passages with spray carb cleaner, and see what happens. My weed whacker was doing the exact same thing, and cleaning it worked. I wish I'd have taken a picture of the "booger" inside, I was amazed it even sputtered.

Jesse, those pics are hilarious. :cwm27:

On any two stroke motor it is the same as cars when it comes to fuel or ignition. If your fuel and fuel delivery system is OK then check ignition. The small two strokes use a magneto and coil type ignition system since there is no battery so check the spark at the spark plug. Most two stroke ignition problems are spark plug related so you may need to get a replacement.
