For instance, today i'm wearing my breast cancer bracelet, the pink ones that say Hope & Cure. And they start teasing me and acting like jack asses about it, saying things like "Save the boobies!!" "You should take that to hooters!!" ....fuckin morons...

With the continous amount of women (and some men I might add) added to the list of folks that have breast cancer each and every day, it saddens me to see that there are those that don't give a fuck or joke about it like its nothing. Its those same fuck ups that finally get a real dose of reality when someone they know, be it a family member or a friend, comes down with the problem they have been joking about for some time.

I applaude you for wearing it even if it is pink. Fuck those co-workers of yours.

I know 2 women in the past year who have been diagnosed. One is making it through chemo like a champ. The other may not make it (for the sake of her 3 babies, I hope she does). It's not a laughing matter.

I've had a couple people in my family with breast cancer, and my best friend is currently fighting breast cancer, she has been for several years now....
