Rally Dampachi got banned several times. Do you want the link to when he got banned cause of the camaro forum or the last time , in which Redneck banned him for which I think was his typical newbie bashing.

Ok guys and gals I have a lil something to get off my chest.

As you all know I work in a Hospital in the ER. Well yesterday 1-7-06 my releaf did not show up. This person called the night before twice to see if he was needed or not. He was told yes your needed to cover the ER because the normal person got pulled to ward clerk the floor. we are suppose to be at work 15 min till so it would be 0645 in the moning. Ok so by 0715 I am asking the charge nurse whats going on. He tells me there is no call back number for this guy. The nurse that is working on days in the ER on this day is pregnat and getting ready to take leave. So I am not leaving her in the ER all by her self, so I stay. I stayed till 1100 in the morning. at 1045 I hear a anoucment ovet the intercom, its the lil fuck that is suppose to be here. So he said he set two alarms and neither of them went off. Bull shit. So I write him up for being a no call no show. I was told that he has been wrote up alot but nothing ever happens to him. This is how much bull shit this is, he was fired from housekeeping and then he got his CNA and then they hire him as an Aid. So when they tried to fire him after that he threatend to sew sp, the hospital for discrimination because this worthless peice of shit is
Costa Recan sp. If I or anyone else pull the shit he does we would be gone on a second. I think he should be fired, shot and barried. JK but he needs to be fired.

well if he can manage to fuck up 3 times in only a couple of months, and you write him up each time and then he comes in and signs the write up you can fire him and there wont be shit he can sue for, you just take the write up slips with you to court and then ask why, you should continue to allow such a scum bag continue working on your staff.
