Oh god, I cant wait to start working on my engine. As it is I went to the junkyard looking for some goodies. Found a 140 MPH gauge cluster, the trim around it, automatic shift plate, new headlight and interior light switch, rear a view mirror, and a few misc parts for about $20.

Hopefully tomorrow my old man can get in contact with his buddy at the race shop, and get me a quote on pressure testing the 350 block

Hope you picked up the cluster wires and everything if not your thing wont read right.

I actually have a chance to get them from the junkyard (god I have no idea how much money), but I was looking in the service manual and they are identicle. Looks like it will work just fine. The reason the Tach wont work is because it will be reading 2 less cylinders then it usually reads, and the oil pressure sender is different. Other then that, everything else is the same, so it should work.

Engine and wiring harness is from a 1987 IROC and my car is a 1992 Firebird. Different year AND model, but I was going over the diagram and they look identical, so it should work.

I dig the sig....looks nice. Got any more pics?

Only thing thats changed from the pics is that I got new tires with white letters, nothing big. Of course, with a new engine, comes new paint. Same color, just gotta fix alot of scratches and repaint the hood.

See I like the 3rd gen body style in Firebirds from 82-90 then dont like the new front nose in 91-92..

But I dont like the ground effects of a 82-90 Camaro but I like it on the 91-92 Camaros..

I love 91-92 Nose better then the 82-90. Plus its the most Arodynamic of all the 3rd gens.
