Long time no see! Flares look great. Of course I'm partial to the pickup. How did you decide to construct the bed?

WINGLESS!!

Wingless,they look better!
But if you are going to put a wing,I suggest you to put a little spoiler wing,to complete the "kousoku racer" style!

Re: skyline pickup and 345 tuning skyline r32

you could maybe rotate the pics so they're straight...

I like the Skycamino though!

Re: skyline pickup and 345 tuning skyline r32

thanks everyone. sorry for the pics though.

the roll cage was included in the fujimi group A skyline kit, although i modified it a bit. the shifter was from a clothes sewing pin. it had a nice end, and it looked like a nice shif knob.

HOLY S***!!! These are amazing! love the wide body work being done on both of them. Especially love the rims on the 345 GTR32!!!!!!! My kind of car! Can't wait for this to be finished! I'm guessing the colour will be blue? If so GOOD CHOICE!

Re: skyline pickup and 345 tuning skyline r32

long time no update. heres an update on the skyup:

puttied both sides of the skyup r32
closed the front grille and flush it the hood (like a GTS front)
closed the lower front chin vents
puttied door handles for a very smooth finish
created a flatbed cover for the bed area(will mount a low whale tail for this baby)
a new set of sideskirts to make it sit lower
b pillars are now flush with the body
im planning to paint it almost identical to the 345 r32 skyline that im doing this with. im planning to CF the door and the hood and the bed cover. ill be doing a rear bar and the custom bucket seat is drying and waiting to be sanded.

and a pic wth some skylines

Re: skyline pickup and 345 tuning skyline r32

and updates also on the 345 tuning skyline:
updates on the 345 skyline. painted the body in blue and the rims in yellow. its coming together now, just a little more....

a little orenge peel but its manageable.
and it will have a black hood and trunk to go.
and maybe a little spoiler for a smooth line.

Re: skyline pickup and 345 tuning skyline r32

Looks pretty good! Like the yellow rollcage.

Your mods came out very good. I'd have to say the R32 pickup came out very nice.
