It is a 1950s vehicle, and is American. Not Chevy or Caddy though.

Here's a BIG BIG clue, it's in the family of the Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth

Looks alot like a 1960 Chrysler Desoto Fireflite. In fact, it looks exactelly like this one.
