Steve! You are awesome! The work on the alternator and the pulleys are good! You should start making a starter motor too.. :D
Oh and.. what's next? Can't wait to see more. This thread is just jaw dropping!

I totally love this build up. I just spend the better part of my evening reading from page one till now. I love it.
What are your plans for the rest of the interior? are you going to build a ignition switch? Switches and nobs for the radio, climate controls??? or are you leaving it with the little bits that you have done?

All this and you just started machining?... :screwy:
My knowledge on machining is limited, but youv'e seemed to master it already. Its hard to imagine doing better than what has already been done here...but im sure you will prove me wrong in due time. Im sure your machined pulley set-up is laughing at the kit ones by now. Holy S**t was the first thing that came to mind. The motor is a masterpiece on its own. Please keep up the amazing job.

I m amazed, I m very amazed!
Amazed at how you can make this mediocre piece of plastic look like a freakin' awesome car that even looks like the real deal in the smallest details...
I hope you enjoy building it as much as I enjoy seeing each update, and if you do; you're one happy fellow.

Everything on the engine is clean, and then I look at the "RB26" lettering on the timing chain cover...is that just blurry camera action, or are those painted silver?
Any progress on the metal bolt heads, rubber hose labels, etc?

The rest of the time has been spend adjusting the ride height at the front and rear, airbrushing parts up and re-roofing the garden shed :)
BTW the blue Samco hose will have clips later in the build.
Thanks as always
