Tonight I found out that one of my friends that I graduated with was in a bar fight the other night. He punched the guy once and the guy fell and hit his head on the concrete and killed him. They are charging my friend with manslaughter as of right now. Crazy stuff.

i got all of mine loose but the lock nut is giving me troubles, i will have to get a air wrench on it.

I'm pissed off now. Here's the story...
So, I'm running open headers on my car right now, but I don't drive it a lot. I drove my dad's car to work and school today because of a chance of rain. I was planning on taking the car tomorrow because I am putting the Y-pipe on it Wednesday, so I figured I get 1 more loud day out of it. I went to re-arrange the cars in the driveway because my car was blocked in by my dad's car. So, I move his car in the street, then put my car in the street. I put his car in the driveway closest to the house. Then I put mine back in the driveway, but not after I get on it a little, IN FRONT of my house.
So, I am doing homework for about 30 min when I get a knock on the door. It was a cop. Apparently, 4 different houses down the street complained about my car the past few days. I didn't even drive it by their houses or drive it past 9pm. I drive up the street, not down, so I don't go by their houses at all. So the cop asked me to start up my car, and I did in cooperation. Then he said 'get it fixed or don't drive it' and I told him it wasn't done yet, I haven't had the time. And he told me that if he or any other officers see me out on the street with it, they are going to give me every ticket they can. I was pissed. And I forgot to ask who complained about me. Its my constitutional right. Besides, I moved the cars at around 7:30pm anyways. Its not like its late at night or anything. People are just pricks. The cop was a bit of a jackass too. He had a tone and an attitude and all I did was cooperate with him. But he did say that he likes fast toys too and once I 'fix' it to drive the hell out of it. Probably just so he can give me a ticket though. I'm just mad.

And yeah, air wrenches kick ass on lug nuts. I got a nail in my tire a couple days ago, but I had to go to work, so I couldn't take the tire off to get it patched (I got it in front of my house). Well, my dad did and he said that the new air compressor got the tire off in like 5 seconds. He was so happy. I just think that's cool my dad got a new toy.

Im going to head out to a tire place and tell them to just take off that lugnut and then i'll drive it back home. Im trying to replace my brakes and that ONE DAMN LUGNUT WONT COME OFF!

That's what I said about headers...

both are a pain in the ass but there is less room for error when installing gears.

Its the snags you run into on these projects when dealing with stubborn bolts and such that cause the project to become a pain. A gear install and/or header install without running into any clearance or frozen fasteners is a sinch.

yes, no need to remove the rear end if u are changing gears or axles.

When I had my headers put on my pros they ran into to some problems. One of them was not there fault. There was a link in the header where the EGR connects to the header... Real bad exhaust leak...

is it hard to do gears on a 92 camaro with the rear in the car? is there a bunch of crap in the way? i might end up doing them my self.
