Banter Thread Part 3 (Back with a Vengeance, this time its personal)

Gotcha! Well, I'm bored so here's the story that lead up to that haha. There's this 8 year old girl who claims she "loves" me. She is like kiddie obsessed with me, like Rally and Jack in the Box obsessed. The girl gave the 8 year old my phone numbers. It's like 2:30 in the afternoon today and I'm still asleep and get a phone call, it's the 8 y.o. She's says she got the number from the other girl and that she won't forget it and proceeds to recite my phone numbers back to me. She's like "I'll never forget it and I'm going to call you every single day, I love you Shannon!" I talked to the other girl after that and she just started laughing and said she did it because I wrote her phone number on somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 bills. I've got to get her back now........the end.

That sounds like its got the potential to get very ugly very fast...

It's all in good fun, I think.....

One can only hope so. Hopefully it doesn't turn into elementary school infatuation for her and she stops bugging you.

I am half joking but there is something very strange about a 8 year old girl having a crush on a older man and then these type of games getting played. For some reason it reminds me of that movie the crush and thats exactly what happen to that guy and he didn't do anything wrong either.

When I work with her mom, she'll call like 15 times a shift because I have to answer the phone, she'll tell her mom she called to hear my voice because I sound hott on the phone. I'm not hanging out with the 8 year old girl. I've only saw her maybe twice my whole life and that's only when her mother stops in and she's with her. Brittany is 19 and one of my better friends.

Really makes me want to go swimming in the ocean. Every time I go to the beach I like to go to the piers fishing. They catch those little blue fish and other little fish on plain gold hooks. The ones that are too small to keep are perfect bait for sharks! I was hooking sharks big enough to eat people less than 50 feet from all the swimmers.

Thats why I prefer pools, but me in the ocean would keep many dangerous creatures at bay because of my killer whale size..

Added the gears, the Moser 9", and the .025" longer pushrods.

Probably about the same would be my guess.
Going for tuning though, nothing else. Not looking to improve the numbers. I am actually expecting to maybe be a little lower.
Thing is...it trapped .11 MPH faster with a DA 1300 higher after those mods.
So maybe it has a little more power to the wheels.

Damn... Thats getting to the point of scary fast. How much flex are you getting in the body with the other stuff you put in? I roll over a speed bump at an angle and I can hear the t-tops creak a little when the car flexes.

He has SLP DD subframes (same as me). I doubt he get too much flex. I know they really tightened my car up real nice. Although mine was a hard top. So who knows. I know the creeks and moans of the body on my C4 vettes use to drive me nuts but then again it did that cause the body was so rigid.

She stays pretty stiff.
I would assume I would see some of the rear quarter dimples if I was flexing much. More so after those 1.8xx and 1.9xx short times on the Nittos.

Car stays real straight when spinning the tires. If you saw that short little vid "Why I run DR's as street tires" you can see it stays pretty straight.

One of my frends was driving my car, went around a hard left that went under an underpass, road is rated for 30 he was going around 60. Rear started to drift, he held it through the turn and under the bridge, then blew a nice tight (5 feet) donut on the other side of the underpass. Marks stayed on the road for about 4 months after. Wouldnt really affect me since I was in the Monte.. the Camaro seems to be doing fine in the rain though.. really great because ive balanced and rotated my tires since it last rained and I just put new brakes on.

Okay talk about freaky because I just saw a BMW commercial about having a brake system that detects if it's wet/raining and the brakes get enough friction on em to stay dry.

Brakes on the grand am suck in the rain and snow, they seem to fill up with water in the front and I have to ride them for a minute or two before I plan on stopping. The camaro isn't a problem, seems to like stopping in the rain on the very rare occasion I get caught in it.

Yeah whats with that? seems like the brakes on the monte love to have water sit there and it doesnt happen to the truck or maro.

All the exhausts of heard on 3.4s and 3.8s sound like crap.. im not getting one on mine.

Other than a K&N air filter, the car is 100% stock.
