well it would be easier to say what wouldnt. Anything that is sema aproved shouldnt or things that car CARB approved. But things like turbos and such would void it.

blue03, I have done some research on this as well. Here is what I found out about warranty. If you alter a stock item such as an intake. That would no longer be covered. Basically anything you modify will no longer be covered under warranty. However, If you modify something such as an intake and something goes wrong with your engine. It is possible that GM will not honor your warranty if it is found that your modification in some way caused the problem in the first place.

Also, you cannot lower the vehicle height as that will void it as well. Transmission modification voids it, engine modification as said already such CAI, Turbo, N2O or anything else of that variety.
