Question which primer should i use?

i need a good primer that can be sanded
and which kind of primer is what i should get
i found ato hobbylinc many diff kind of primers like
arcylic
enamel
dope
polyurethane
and lacquer
which one should i be looking at?

It depend on wich type of paint you will use after. I already had some compatibility problem by mixing 2 kind of paints.

I use PlastiKote sandable primer. It works under everything.

Krylon White Primer, that stuff has worked for every kinda of paint I have thrown at it.

i went to a local hobby store and they advise me to use mr.surfacer 1000 from gunze
is that stuff sandable does it go on smooth?
n e one have experience with this primer?

Mr surfacer goes on smooth...Dont have to sand..
