2000 z71 will not go into 4wd

Electronic 4WD is malfunctioning. Will not go in at all. Stays in 2Hi. found the ATC fuse blown(15amp) and replaced but did not help. Anyone have any ideas?

My 99 Z71 did this also, but it did a bit differently. Mine wouldnt come OUT of 4wd when I locked it in. After it finally came out (several minutes of button bashing and cursing) it wouldnt go back in, so I called the GM place and they said that it was a faulty 4wd switch and is was not an uncommon problem on 99-00's. They replaced my switch and I was on my way for just under $65. Oh yeah, they only charged me for 1/2 hour labor..kinda nice of them wasnt it?

i have a 2000 and same thing here. sometimes no idicator lights and sometimes they were on. i just pulled mine out and opened the controller up and found that 4 solders were broken where the wire harness plugs into the back of the box .i'll repair them at work tonight and try it out tomorrow am. let everyone know what happens.
