Stock Gst

My friend just bought a 1990 stock gst, we were just wondering if there is a way to turn up the boost?
Also is there a headlight conversion so that the lights arent the kind that flip up?

if you buy a boost contorller you can turn up the boost. they are cheap liek $150 or less for a manual one..
