a/c belt
hey i got a 99 gtp and my a/c is going out ..is there a way to bypass it without buying a bypass pully and if so what size belt would i need thanks AF..

Welcome to AF!!
Unless the compressor locks up and doesn't turn there really isn't any reason to remove it just leave it where it is and use the belt you have. |

The only way you can eliminate the compressor is to use a bypass pulley if compressor is going bad and needs to be removed. You may be better off to get a used compressor from a wrecking yard and get it recharged.

ya my comp just locked up so ima run the bypass till it starts getting warm , then ill put a new one on and pull a vacume an charge it...i got my master EPA so i can do it..thanks for the help
