Clean Build Revell Audi R8
Hi all, just finished my Revell Audi R8 and wanna share with you guys. I have used the KA PE parts but most of the fins doesn't fit and I need to "force" them to fit using various methods. The front grill does fit and looks very nice. Paint is from Zero and its the Jet Blue specifically for the R8. Hope you guys like it!

That is a clean build! Second one to date I've seen that has been built well. Very good job. I have one in my queue too, and thanks for letting me know about the fins not fitting well.

It's Mr.Super Clear on top of Zero Paint, works pretty well. The chassis itself is wrapped on mine and needs strengthening. I have also replaced the rear wheel mounting with a hard axle since the OOB ride height is too low for my taste. Anyone building this should definitely test fit it before final assembly.

Wow! This is indeed a clean build. So clean, in fact, that it looks like a very high end VW rather than a top line Audi! haha
You did a fantastic job on the build. The paint is flawless, from what I can tell. colors are right on target. but for a $100,000 car, it just looks so "plain box" if you know what I mean. It doesn't have any aggression, with the wheels and stance, like you'd see on this kind of car in real life.

but I definitely don't like Revell's stock rims, they are really ugly.
