Yes, the reflectors can be any color, but the turn signals have to be orange in front... and red or orange in the rear...

Not DOT Approved=illegal

now im not sayin u won't get away with a lot of things, because MOST cops don't really care as long as it is very clear when u are breaking. in my accord tho, i was written up for having illegal side/front markers, an having illegal corners (all had hyper white bulbs). so in washington, corners CAN be clear, but they need to have either amber or orange bulbs in them. side markers must be red they said. i got fined 180 bucks, which isn't bad, cuz my frien got written for $50 a bulb. he had 12 blue bulbs.
