these headlights legal?
are these headlights legal on the road?(first one shown, clear headlamp kits)
http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/Civic/MODAHLK or do you have to have amber turn signals? ive heard different things...

anyone know where you can get some projector headlights for cheap? and not like 300 bucks a set?
