Angry pcv valve, please help!!!

Hey, im having some blowby problems with the civic. I'm almost sure it isnt the piston rings because there is no smoke present only when i first start it till it warms up but that because of the rich mixture due to turbo. Ive been advised to check pcv valve. The book says it could be under at rear of engine or in the valve cover. The motor is a JDM b18c. Can anyone tell me where the damn thing is, thanks!

To tell you the truth I'm not really positive, the block is just stamped b18c. I just know its no b18c5 (intergra type-r). The usdm version of this motor is the intergra gsr. The only specs i can give you it that it is:
1.8L DOHC 16V VTEC and the base hp is 178. I ran across a brand new greddy turbo kit for a b16a2 and threw it onto my motor which all fit up almost perfectley. If you have any questions of the swap though feel free to ask as me and a buddy did it in a weekend. It was fairly easy and straight forward.

I worked on it most of today and got it back to normal for the most part. The compression in all the cylinders looked good so i changed the pcv valve as well as checked injector connections and all. It ran a bit better then it occured to me that the motor felt like it wasnt getting enough fuel. I richened the mixture some more and all lost power was restored. My idle is still really off though, it will idle from 1000 to 2500 anytime out of gear. I removed and checked idle control at rear of throttle body which was good and there appears to be no vacumm leaks. I know it is prob because i am running so rich but i have to for know. I am thinking there must be a bad sensor somewhere maybe the map sensor? If anyone has any input it would be appreciated. Thanks.
