CANCEL YOUR ORDER NOW!!!

I just received my trd alttezza from HLJ, it absoltuly sucks, it comes wiht everthing stock, except for decals, which are pretty cool, it doesnt come wiht the front lip on the box or the wheels not even the seats, its stock unless u put the decals on. I am very dissapointed in it.

I got mine yesterday and totally agree, that must be why they were in the sale.

As for which Bike they are all have the same type of detail, so it is really down to your personal taste. The decals on some can be tricky
so maybe one with only a few decals would be best to start with.

Back to your other question.......
Just about any Tamiya bike is going to be a good kit, so you will have to decide what you like.
I don't know what they cost, but Tamiya do race bikes and regular sportbikes, they come with extras like wiring and the parts are all well molded too.

I must say building a model bike is an entirely different experience than cars. Alot more detail and time consuming. Alot more parts.
They cost a bit more than tamiya cars, this one costed me about $45 CDN

here is one of my model bikes...

I'm also thinking of building a bike. Either a Hayabusa or an R1.

I've been thinking the same way you are. I'm being tempted by those bikes. I walk passed them last Wednesday in my Hobby shop and said well maybe, then decided next time. Instead I bought the Tamiya supra.
Working on it in secret, don't want to say anything.

Bimmerkid, that is a pic of the Yamaha YZF-R1, road version, can see the headlights whereas the racing versions do not have any headlights.
TamiyaUsa got it all wrong about this bike. Small mistake, nvm.

Yamaha YZF-R1:

and the racing version: Yamaha YZF-R1 Taira Racing

Not much modifications can be done to bikes unlike cars.

Anyways, bikes do appeal to me alot. As a teenager, I rode one and was a 'hellrider' myself til I got into an minor accident.

I would definitely go into bikes 1 of these days, just a matter of time and 1 of those above bikes will break my 'virginity'
