Brand: Tamiya
Model: Subaru WRC2001 Rally of Great Britain
Scale: 1/24
Duration: 1mth
Paints use: Gunze Aeqeous Acrylic (non lacquer), Tamiya enamels and and external airbrush the cheapo SGD$59 type.
External modifications: Antennaes: Use zinc wires to bend cos I broke the original antennaes that came with it.
Suspensions modified but it was really bad so dont mind if I dont show it :P

Any comment/s are welcome.

Note: My 2nd project actually.
The first was pose to be a Peugeot 206WRC 2001 but I really made a mess of the body cover so I am left with only the finish figures and finish interior plus wheels

Also take note that the Subaru came with figures which I didnt do.
Really wanted to finish this project.
Will use the figures on other projects that I am currently working on: DTM2000 Team Teile Mercedes.

On the side note, I see members posting 800by600 and more than 100kb pics but I cant seem to post those sizes. It says only 100kb and 640by480, thats why I have to lower my pics resolution.
Anyone can post a reply on how to make my pics bigger?

Thanks in advance.

How can you say that this is no good?!!? I build many rally cars and this is very nice! In regards to making the pics bigger, just resize them w/your program you have w/your camera. If you cannot do this, email me the pics and I will be glad to do this.

Hey u guys are too kind. But seeing the pics at this size, cant say I blame you....hehe Thanks!

K_dog, I can resize my pics but its the size limit of this forum which doesnt allow me to post higher resolution pics. You gave me an alternative solution and thanks but I want to know how to go about going over that limit thus enabling me to post 800by600 or 640by480.

Really hope you can help me out with posting higher resolution pics besides sending it to you by email.

Shen Rong tiam lah...
Dang, the cat's out of the bag.
Hey that was my first project and way before I even knew this forum existed haha

Anyways, when the Peugeot WInner version comes out in Singapore, I'll go buy it and if the cover doesnt fit, I'll just remake a 2nd Peugeot lor.

Nice, clean build.

The antenna's are a bit too large I think.
Other than that, good job.

I like it, :bandit:

I will have to get back to Rally cars one day, as that's why I started modelling, a few to build in the attic
