Question RB25DET and VG30DETT same piston???

Hey guys, someone told me that the VG30DETT(nissan 300ZX) and the NEO RB25DET carry the same piston, is there any truth to that?

Thanks

I highly doubt it. The piston dia is the same as the RB26 for the RB25. I would have to double check the specs again but I don't see why nissan would have changed it.

GTR pistons are actually a good upgrade for the R33GTS25t as they are lower compression than the RB25 pistons.
