Man, I wish I had the capital to invest....

I hate to see you part with it Chris, You were one of the first members I came across on here. I hope that those make their way into good hands. In the event it doesn't sell, ever thought of taking on a partner? Someone to do the work, and share the profits?

Re: Would anyone like to start their own resin casting biz?

Hey Chris,
I was saddened by the news of this ...I spotted it on SPC.
I truly hope the recipient is worthy of owning and running such a very fine business mate..

I only wish I'd got around to getting the "extra" kits I always promised myself I would... You know the one's...."I'll get those next week..."
I hope things go well for you Chris, you ARE one of the good guys...
You helped me onto AF, and I can at least thank you for that man. , and the great kits I did get from you..
( I finally finished the C-West R-34.... ..)

Many thanks mate
Greg (aka stump)

Chris, I still have your 350Z kit from the first AFMOTY. It is great! But I am still shocked by this. From your ad, it looks as though you have other responsibilities though. Hopefully this doesn`t mean you will be leaving us here.

Me too. I think it's interesting how many people were directed to AF by Chris.

I give you all the credit for how far my model building has come. The SAS S2000 transkit was pretty much the first time I tried something so new, and pushed my skills. And since you told me about this place and I've been able to lurk and even contribute, my abilities have grown tremendously. Thanks for what you've done for our hobby thus far; I think a lot of people here really respect you more than you might expect, and not just for your find products. Good luck and don't be a stranger

Re: Would anyone like to start their own resin casting biz?

I have to echo everyone's sentiments here too Chris. You are a great trader as well as trustworthy vendor.
I certainly hope someone comes through. Your stuff was top notch. I too fall in the line of the "I'll order it next week" mode. Especially that 400R trans-kit.
Good Luck to you in your new venture. Please keep us updated to the future of the former S-A-S line and where it may be headed.
Thanks again!
Chris

Russ - I have given that some thought in the past but I think its not very feasible. They would have to very trustworthy as you could never be sure if they might attempt to shaft you in some way.

Re: Would anyone like to start their own resin casting biz?

Chris, Your C-West 350Z transkit was the first resin I ever worked with. I was hooked instantly when I saw the quality and workability of the resin. I have yet to find another kit that is as good (other than the other SAS kits I have)

I just asked my dad to see if he might be interested heh.

do these come with the mold blocks or do the person who buys this will have to make new ones from your masters?
