But then again that is nothing compred to that Volvo P1800, and there is a Ssangyong Musso Diesel that has gone 900,000 kilometers and the engine hasn't even been touched......................

A Volvo P1800 holds the record for miles on a gasoline engine, 1.6 million miles and still running...

Almost any engine will if you take it easy and change the oil every 3,000.

900,000km is alot less than 1 million miles though.

Do you mean it was never touched though? No check ups, etc.?

hehe, that was a funny episode. There was some big media event and he was to recieve a new Viper, when his car hit 999,9999. He forgot to put the park brake on, and it rolled down the hill, and clocked it to 1. :hehe:
