2003 Focus 23,000 miles Engine light EVAP Emission?
Hi. My dad took my car to Advanced auto to get computer code readr. The print -out from this said EVAP emission control system leak (small). Do I need my dad to take the car to the Ford Dealr?? Is there something he can do to repair this that will not be expensiv?? The engine lite is really bothering me. I do not want my car to stop working in the middl of traffic. Any help on this would be SUPER GREAT! thanks-- dooski's daughter.

an 03 with 23k it might still be under warrenty, i'd take it to ford

Yes! If it is under warranty, then get it fixed. The small evap leak could be multiple things like a leaking gas cap. They may have to hook up a "Smoke machine" to find the leak.
