The bump...like it or not?

Just curious. Personally, I love it. It's gives them a certain personality that other cars don't have. A cute but naughtiness nuture.

At first I hated it. Now I like it and would rather have a bump than no bump. It's like the eclipses' trademark or something. Every non eclipse person I know doesn't like it though.

aerodynamics?

like what?

as an non DSM owner, i like it, it kinda looks mean, rough, unkempt...

like how the 2nd gen rx7 had a mildly off center hood scoop...

made ya look twice at it...

i remember reading a car and driver article from a long time ago, they competely dissed the bump claiming it appeals to a 20 year old motorhead. whats up with that? that's styling and uniqueness at its finest.

function or art?

the bump you mention, every now and then people ask me if it is there for a reason. the only reason i can think of is that the GT-X uses that spot for a turbo. is that ture or total bull?
I have a GS so i have no clue as to what it could be used for.

I think the bump looks badass, and it adds to the already agressive looks of the eclipse/talons.
