The Scooby looks good
I have to ask one thing though, isn't that the 1998 Impreza WRC?
In 1999 it had the stars on the hood and sides.....

How big are the bumps? If they are large and caused by air bubbles under the dee-cal ( :hehe: ) then you should get the air out by pricking the bubble with a pin or sharp knife. If they are really small caused by something else then yeah a clearcoat followed by a cut and polish may smooth them down.

What kind of clearcoat were you planning to use? You need to be very careful if you intend to use a laquer based clear as it could eat those decals right up

Nice job so far BTW !

Well, next time you're putting on daycals you should try to either put them on with decal solution (microset-sol) or either blowing with a hairdryer, thy just fold around the edges with absolutely no airbubbles at all!
anyways, another thing, like you've heard many times , but I have to emphasis this ; Watch out when clearcoating Décàls.

Model looks killer!

Just make sure your paint/decals under the clear have dried thoroughly-a month is best, or a week in a dehydrator, before applying the clear so it won't crack over time. Apply the clear in light mist coats so the paint won't attack the decals.
