How many coats of paint do you have on there?
It took me 3 coats to cover the underside after I primed it.
Remember, you are not meant to cover completely with the first or second coats.....

Too much paint. You should go with mist coats the first couple of times, then add a heavier one. Probably will be enough for the underside.

Good luck.

Was that painted with Airbrush or spraycan, I guess spraycan. In that case like Ales said probably too much paint.
Maybe you can drybrush the brake discs a bit aith aluminium to highlight the details.

I have completed the bottom of the car with the exception of the exaust and the skid plate over the rear axle.

Update

I messed up I painted the body and it had really bad orange peel, so I wetsanded it and when I reapainted it it still has orange peel but not as much, It looks decent although I am not satisfied I am worried about putting compound on it because i am out of paint and dont feel like buying a 3rd can and I dont have any paint left to paint it again if the compound takes the paint off the edges. I tried compound on one part of the car and then tamiya wax and it had absolutely no effect so now i am deciding whether or not to use compound again or leave it as is, here are the pics:
